J'ai choisi cet hôtel parce qu'il était présenté comme équipé d'une climatisation réglable individuellement sur booking.com - en réalité il y avait bien un contrôleur dans la chambre, mais il ne faisait rien et la température était contrôlée centralement. J'ai réglé mon contrôleur sur 18°C, et la température dans la chambre oscillait entre 21°C et 23°C et un jour elle est montée à 25°C (on s'est réveillées trempés de sueur), et paradoxalement c'était la journée la moins chaude (côté température extérieure) de notre séjour. Visiblement ils ont complètement coupé la clim'. En plus la notice dans la chambre disait que pour les séjours courts le nettoyage des chambres se faisait sur demande, et pour les séjours longs toutes les trois nuits. Après notre troisième nuit rien n'a été fait, donc après la quatrième nuit on a mis la pancarte demandant le ménage sur la porte. Quelle a été notre surprise quand après une excursion qui avait pris toute la journée on a retrouvé la chambre dans le même état que le matin. Une intervention à la réception a été nécessaire.

Gutes Hotel mit Nachholbedarf in Puncto Service Leistung

große Zimmer, tolle Dusche, durchgehend funktionierende A/C

Cons:

es gibt keine 24h Rezeption, es gibt nur 2 Notfall Telefonnummern, wobei man bei einer die Nachricht "Ich will im Moment nicht gestört werde" bekommt 🤪(sehr hilfreich)
In die Parkgarage kann man nur einfahren solange die Rezeption besetzt ist..., auch die Pikett Nummer kann da nicht weiterhelfen, für CHF 20,00 ein absolutes No-Go!!

Lovely hotel, staff very helpful and friendly, great breakfast, and underground car park. We would definitely stay there
Pros:

We liked everything about the Hotel, lovely staff they couldn’t do enough for us, and helped us out when we had a problem with our car.
Really nice room clean and spotless, excellent breakfast, nice part of town and underground parking. We would love to go back in the future.

Nothing not to like.
