Gute Lage, aber bei der Sauberkeit besteht erheblicher Verbesserungsbedarf

Das Personal haben wir unterschiedlich erlebt. Einige Mitarbeitende waren freundlich und zuvorkommend, bei anderen hätten wir uns etwas mehr Freundlichkeit und Motivation gewünscht.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war in Ordnung, allerdings auch nichts Besonderes. Es war zweckmässig, hat uns aber nicht sonderlich begeistert.

Der grösste Kritikpunkt war für uns ganz klar die Sauberkeit des Zimmers. An mehreren Stellen waren deutliche Verschmutzungen erkennbar, unter anderem an den Fugen im Badezimmer, an WC und Lichtschaltern. Besonders unangenehm fanden wir zudem die schwarzen Rückstände auf der Bettwäsche. Die auffälligsten Stellen haben wir fotografisch festgehalten.

Mir ist durchaus bewusst, dass wir in einem 3-Sterne-Hotel übernachtet haben und keinen Luxus erwarten dürfen. Allerdings hat die Anzahl der Sterne meiner Meinung nach nichts mit grundlegender Sauberkeit zu tun. Auch bei einem Zimmerpreis von rund CHF 150.– pro Nacht sollte man in der Schweiz ein hygienisch sauberes und ordentlich gereinigtes Zimmer erwarten dürfen.
