Relaxing family holidays with all comforts
Pros:

We recently spent six days at Caldera Village for our family vacation, and it exceeded every single expectation. If you are looking for the perfect balance of relaxation for parents and endless entertainment for the kids, this is the place to be. The absolute highlight for our children was the water splash park. They spent hours flying down the waterslides and playing under the water features. The pool areas are clean, beautifully maintained, and there was always a fantastic, lively energy during the day. It kept the kids thoroughly entertained, giving us parents some well-deserved time to sit back and relax.
Our family apartment was very spacious and spotlessly clean.
The buffet options were varied and delicious, with plenty of choices even for our picky eaters. The themed nights were a wonderful touch. What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is the staff. Every single team member—from the reception desk to the restaurant servers—went out of their way to make our family feel welcome and valued.

Aamiainen oli loistava, hedelmiä, leipää, kanamunatuoteita, jugurttia, erillaisia kahveja, teetä mehuja, makeita, siis todella kattava jokaiseen makuun

Viihtyisä perustason lapsiystävällinen hotelli Agia Marinan huipulla.
Pros:

Gorgona Beach Clubille sai veloituksetta aurinkotuolit sekä varjopaikan. Aamiasen valikoima oli hyvä. Allasalueilla oli todella paljon aurinkotuoleja, niistä ei ollut pulaa. Hotellin buffetravintolan hintataso hyvä (illallinen 21€/hlö, lounas 18€). Hotellissa on myös hissit, eli ei tarvitse olla huolissaa jyrkästä mäestä laukkujen kanssa.

Cons:

Receptionissa yhden vanhemman asiakaspalvelijan käytös oli suorastaan töykeää.

Bardzo ładny hotel, położony blisko plaży, pyszne i różnorodne śniadania. Codziennie sprzątane pokoje i wymieniane ręczniki. Wszystko na najwyższym poziomie.

Pros:

Bellissima posizione del villaggio, ottima la vista dalla finestra della ns camera (nr.504), buona e abbondante la colazione, struttura pulita e piscine favolose

Cons:

La camera era spaziosa, ingresso due camere matrimoniali ampie e bagno, ma con molto odore di muffa, difficile da areare perché le finestre erano solo su un lato. Bagno senza finestra e con aspirazione forzata ma poco efficiente.
La parete della camera confinante al bagno presentava parecchie scrostature dovute alla muffa.
Anche sotto il lavandino della cucina (sempre a confine con il bagno) c'era odore di muffa e quando siamo arrivati abbiamo dovuto "combattere" anche con qualche formica...
Sicuramente avrebbe bisogno di una bella manutenzione... Almeno quella camera

Tutto: servizi, camera, cibo, gentilezza e disponibilità del personale, il panorama magnifico, le piscine meravigliose e tutto pulito, compresi gli ambienti comuni e le camere all'interno.

Cons:

In realtà nulla. L'unica cosa che suggerirei è un servizio navetta per salire e scendere dalla spiaggia

Nasze wspaniałe greckie wakacje:)
Pros:

Infrastruktura baseny, pokoje, widok na morze, zaangażowanie personelu na każdym poziomie. To świetna ekipa personel każdego szczebla daje poczucie gościom że są mile widziani, personel jest bardzo pomocny i wykonuje świetnie swoją pracę :)

Cons:

Poprawilibyśmy dostępność produktów o każdej porze podczas śniadań, okazuje się że to co jest dostępne wcześnie rano nie zawsze jest dostępne o późniejszej porze (podczas śniadań), poprawiłbym nieco ekspres do kawy w barze na basenie i jakość innych niż souvlaki czy sałatka grecka potraw dostępnych w barze na zamówienie (np hamburgerów ) ale to wynika tylko z tego że znamy smak prawdziwych hamburgerów tu jest pole do poprawy. Cała reszta funkcjonuje wspaniale:)

le confort était super, le personnel et la réactivité étaient très bien même la nourriture au petit dej et au resto très bonne

Cons:

la jeune caissière de la supérette pas du tout agréable, le fait que l hôtel soit en hauteur et des fois problèmes de taxi commandes par l hôtel (ils ne venaient pas ou étaient très en retard)

Pros:

האוכל היה מצוין ממש! גם ארוחת הבוקר וגם ארוחת הערב היו עשירות ומגוונות. חדר מרווח ונקי והנוף מכל מקום במלון משגע. כל הבריכות היו נקיות ונעימות לשהות ומתקני הילדים זה בונוס רציני כמו גם המשחקייה. בנוסף שיתוף הפעולה עם אחד החופים הפך את הירידה לחוף לנוחה ומהנה.

Cons:

לא היה שירות חדרים בראשון וכדי לקבל מגבות חדשות היה צריך להגיע לקחת מה שמעט סירבל אותנו. המדרגות והעליות במלון מאתגרות אבל סך הכל המקומות הציבוריים דיי נגישים אז זה לא כזה נורא.
