Cons:

De koffie bij het ontbijt was zeer slecht.
Het muurtekening van het hoofd in de kamer is wel erg aanwezig.

Door de kwaliteit van matras en kussen niet snel weer een Fletcher hotel.
Pros:

Ontvangt was heel vriendelijke en ontbijt goed.

Cons:

Het matras en de kussens waar zo zacht dat wij geen goede nachtrust hebben gehad.

Prima hotel. Prima service, met verbeterpuntjes
Pros:

Prima en hygiënisch.

Cons:

Wellicht iets te klein om goed met een rolstoel uit de voeten te kunnen.
De gevraagde douchestoel was gewoon een tuinstoel :) en een van de handgrepen bij douche/toilet liet makkelijk los van de muur. Dit is daarna wel prima opgelost door het personeel.

Degelijk hotel
Pros:

Prima locatie naast de dierentuin en het centrum. De bar en het restaurant zijn OK.

Cons:

De voorlaatste dag was de kamer niet schoongemaakt, waardoor we ook geen nieuwe koffie hadden gekregen.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal hier (Festival in der Nähe) und wir haben nur gute Erfahrungen!
Pros:

Top Lage, immer Parkplätze frei, leckeres Abendessen (wir hatten Bitterballen und Fish&Chips), super bequeme Betten, Kaffeemaschine top, Roomservice war wirklich super (sehr aufmerksame und nette Damen, Kaffeekapsel kann man immer nachholen bzw. alles was man braucht), Wochenmarkt direkt hinter dem Hotel (ca. 4 Min Gehweg)

If you need to stay in Emmen it is ok.
Pros:

It was the only hotel in the area so best alternative for us going to a festival in Emmen. The bathroom was big and shower pressure fine. It was clean and staff friendly.

Cons:

I hate when you book a double bed and you get two single beds with separate mattresses put together. I found the price for what we got was too high. Did not even include breakfast. I feel they are enjoying some kind of monopoly.

Comfortable stopover in perfect location
Pros:

Location mainly and also the parking availability. Rooms are a generous size with large bathroom/shower, coffee machine and kettle.
