Will not be staying again
Pros:

Location and the free cocktail

Cons:

We arrived early to see if we could drop off our bags and eventually after 5 members of staff walking passed us, one young man told us to pop it up into the luggage room. We just arrived at the luggage room and this very rude member of staff shouts no room .. use a locker! First impressions stick and this one was truly awful! It only went downhill when we arrived back later to be met by yet another rude member of the reception team .. she insisted I needed photographic ID to check-in .. 45 year old Scottish woman here and nobody else was asked for ID? The staff definitely need some training. The rooms were ok, extremely small and extremely basic for £400 a night! Definitely will not be staying again I’m sorry to say.

Durchschnittliches Hotel an guter Lage
Pros:

Gute Lage, Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu Fuss zu erreichen

Moderne, spielerisch-kreative Lobby

Cons:

Das Bad ist sehr klein. In der Dusche kann man sich kaum bewegen und zwischen Lavabo und Toilette hatte es kaum Platz.

Die Person an der Reception hatte Airpods im Ohr. Sie hat diese zum Bedienen beim Check-in zwar abgenommen, aber trotzdem war dies irritierend.

Great vibe, peaceful night, parking bonus
Pros:

The reduced overnight parking in nearby car park.
The hotel has a great vibe and the bar area is lovely. Location was great for Murrayfield.
The room was so quiet…great nights sleep.

Cons:

There was scaffolding outside our room window. The room is overlooked by other rooms meaning you want open the curtains.

Voor Edinburgh nog betaalbaar en centraal gelegen
Pros:

Kamer was goed en locatie tov centrum te voet prima.

Cons:

Ontbijt buffet erg rommelig en matige kwaliteit ingrediënten. Wij hebben ons tot de porridge beperkt. Geen gebakken eitje mogelijk. Grote bak met fabrieks roerei, bah. Snap nog steeds niet wat mensen hier lekker aan vinden.

Rummet var ok. Sängen var bra, men ingen avställningsyta för väskor och mindre prylar. Dåligt med klädhängare för kläder. Fick "bo i resväska" . Duschens golv var dock livsfarligt halt! Halkmatta borde finnas eller halklister! Om någon halkar blir det otrevlig.... ingen telefon till receptionen fanns(om olyckan skulle vara framme)

Cons:

Personalen var noncharlant. Vi fick inte checka in på hotellet innan incheckningstid, om vi inte var medlemmar i Merriot members club. Borde uppmärksammas i beskrivningen av hotellet! Hög musik dygnet runt i receptionen/frukostmatsalen/baren.Vid frukosten var det ofta slut på pålägg och dessutom väldigt oorganiserat. Brickvagnarna, för smutsig disk, var oftast väldigt fulla av disk.Personalen "såg" inte detta, vilket medförde att smutsig disk stod överallt så inga rena bord fanns att tillgå. Jag sa till om detta, men ingen som helst reaktion! Personalen glodde i stället i sina telefoner, pratade med varandra eller såg allmännt uttråkade ut.

Mooie hotel. Modern, schoon, heel vriendelijk personeel.
Fijne kamer. Elke dag schone handdoeken en alles aanwezig.
Mooi dakterras! Afstand tot centrum prima te lopen(old town). (10 minuten).
We konden de koffers op dag van vertrek nog even in het hotel laten.
Prima buurt. Op 2 min lopen supermarkt.

Cons:

Eigenlijk niks. Maar.. bed was niet super groot. En net iets te kort. Maar detail. Niet vervelend.

Pros:

Bed is comfy and located at a quite part of the center.

Cons:

Bathroom is tight and the shower needed to much work to get the water temp to where you want it. Also no closet to store clothes (e.g suit shirts)
