The room was clean and comfortable

Cons:

Had a pleasant stay but it’s a building site outside the window which wasn’t advised. The breakfast was basic but with a few options so was fine.
The thing that has made me give a poor score for staff is due to the fact I left my purse in the room, I had taken this out of my bag on the evening. Upon calling the hotel to question if it had been found/handed in, the lady was quite rude and made me feel a total inconvenience for even asking. I asked if she could check as I hadn’t noticed it and could have fallen again was faced with quite an attitude. Obviously this was a stressful time finding I had left this once home, so a bit of empathy for the situation would have been appreciated. I would stay in a moxy but won’t be back to this particular hotel due to this.

Nettes Hotel, Frühstück mittelmäßig
Pros:

Zimmer bequem und alles sehr modern, Aussicht gab es allerdings nicht (Innenhof mit Gerüst). Lage etwas weiter weg vom Stadtzentrum aber auch okay (20 min zu Fuß)

Cons:

Das Frühstück war okay, aber für den Preis hätte es besser sein können. Hier erhält man eben ein Standard-Frühstück wie man es aus diesen Kettenhotels kennt.

Idealne miejsce na odpoczynek po wielogodzinnych wędrówkach :)
Pros:

Sympatyczny personel, super lokalizacja i świetne wyciszenie pokoju. Dodatkowo bardzo wygodne łóżko, smaczne śniadania i ładne widoki z okna. Można zapomnieć o problemach i dobrze wypocząć po wielogodzinnym zwiedzaniu :)

Cons:

Pomimo codziennego sprzątania w apartamencie były wymieniane tylko ręczniki i poprawiona pościel, pod koniec naszego pobytu był już dosyć mocno widoczny kurz na umywalce i półkach. Trzy windy, z których tylko dwie były dostępne powodowały, że na zjazd na śniadanie czekaliśmy codziennie minimum 5 minut. Dwa razy zdarzyło się również, że mimo średniego zatłoczenia na śniadaniu nie było zbyt wiele jedzenia i trzeba było czekać na uzupełnienie. Ogólnie hotel oceniamy bardzo dobrze, ale jakość jakiej by się oczekiwało nie była adekwatna do ceny. Pomimo wad, gdy znów będziemy w Edynburgu na pewno tam wrócimy, ze względu na zalety hotelu.

Super Hotel, absolut empfehlenswert
Pros:

Sehr gutes Hotel. Sauber, freundliches Personal, viel Platz in der Lobby und Möglichkeit von Aktivitäten. Zimmer sind auch sehr schön und sauber, einzig die Bäder sind sehr klein.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück wurde manchmal zu langsam nachgefüllt und am Wochenende wäre die Frühstückszeit bis 10:30 ideal.

Die Lage war sehr gut, wir konnten alles zu Fuß erreichen. Die Hotelzimmer waren sauber und das Personal freundlich. Die Fotobox in der Lobby war unser kleines persönliches Highlight.

Cons:

In den Zimmern gibt es leider keine Mini-Bar (zum Einkühlen von Snacks etc.) und keinen Kleiderschrank. Das Frühstück ist für den Preis unserer Meinung nach ebenfalls verbesserungswürdig. Der Obstsalat war teilweise nicht frisch und etwas mehr Auswahl (z. B. Brotaufstriche, mehr frisches Gemüse, etc.) wäre schön gewesen.

Pros:

• Location: The hotel is in a fantastic position within the Old Town. It is very central and only a 15-minute walk from the Castle, which made exploring the city very easy.
• Room Quality: The room was clean and the bed was remarkably comfortable. Despite the central location, it was a very quiet and peaceful room.
• Facilities: Having a 24-hour reception is a great convenience.
• Breakfast: The breakfast was very abundant and offered a wide variety of choices.

Cons:

• Inadequate Amenities: For a 4-star hotel, we found the room amenities to be insufficient. There was no wardrobe (only a small rack with two hangers), which is not enough for a 5-night stay. There was also no mini-fridge in the room.
• Service Lapses: One day, our room was completely skipped by the cleaning service. Generally, while the staff was polite, the service felt a bit "summary" and not up to the standard of this category of hotel.
• Heating and Bedding Issues: Our room was quite cold, but since the heating is centralized, we couldn't adjust it. When we asked for an extra blanket, we were given simple bedsheets because they were out of blankets. In a cold city like Edinburgh, this is quite unacceptable.
• The View: Our window looked directly onto a construction site, which was disappointing.

Great Hotel ,Tiny rooms BUT It Works
Pros:

Locatie, ontbijt, personeel

Cons:

Rooms are very nice but alsof very Tiny if you stay with 2 adults there are NO places to unpack your suite case almost everything must stay in suite case even if you are alone there is almost no place to put your clothes..
Bathroom is also very tiny but it works.
We had a great time here.
Bus stop is right in front off the hotel.
Use the lothian app to plane a route fil in from where to where you wanna go and the time and day and it tels you which bus you need to take and where to get on the bus and how long you need to walk to get there if you away from the bus stop.
Buy a ticket with the app it works fast en easy.
Hotel is great good enough for city visit.

Will come here again for sure

Pros:

Struttura comoda per la posizione, in un quartiere residenziale, a pochi chilometri dal centro e dalla stazione. Camere pulite e silenziose.

Cons:

A mio avviso, i prezzi sono decisamente troppo alti per il livello della struttura. Ho pagato 611 euro per due notti, senza colazione inclusa, e durante il soggiorno la camera non è stata nemmeno pulita. Ho dovuto inoltre richiedere personalmente alla reception il cambio degli asciugamani. Normalmente non sono particolarmente esigente su questi aspetti, ma considerando il costo del soggiorno, mi aspettavo un servizio decisamente migliore.

Pros:

La habitación y el hall, asi como el rooftop. Todo muy nuevo, instalaciones inmejorables. El desayuno correcto, completo pero sin gran pretensión. El personal muy amable y atento.

Cons:

La ubicación pensaba que era mejor. Caminando al centro hay unos 15 minutos.
