Clean, simple property in the heart of Zermatt
Pros:

The location was great, right in the center of the village. It was very simple, more of a hostel than a hotel, but very clean.

Cons:

The shower had no curtain and due to the roof, was impossible to stand in. It was very difficult to shower.

Overall, it the pleasure staying.
Pros:

The room is just perfect. The updated bathroom is nice. The room is cleaned every day.

Cons:

The rooms are between the elevator. So not matter which room you would have to carry up or down.

Great location with a reasonable price for a modest Swiss Chalet experience c
Pros:

The location was great. It’s a modest Swiss Chalet with sweet balconies. There is an elevator to half floors, which helps with carrying luggage. All appeared to be newly remodeled.

Cons:

No matter what, you had to go up or down a half flight of stairs when using the elevator.

Fine for 2 nights.
Pros:

Good location and lovely balcony with views of the Matterhorn. Shared bathroom needed updating. Hand held shower was poor. No kettles in rooms or w en in the guest lounge area which was a real shame.

Great experience for an international traveller.
Pros:

Good location & view of the Matterhorn, good Swiss chalet experience. Staff were helpful with suggestions on where to go, will be back again :)

Super Lage. Das Hotel hat außen ein schönes altes Flair, mit kleinen Abstrichen.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war gut, leider hat das Auffüllen des Buffets nicht so recht geklappt. Wir waren immer so gut wie fertig als nachgefüllt wurde.
Das Frühstück befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe der Rezeption, so dass die Geräuschkolisse durch die dort wartenden Reisegruppen sehr laut und störend war.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer wurde am zweiten Tag nicht mehr gereinigt (wir hatten einen Aufenthalt von drei Nächten). Das Bad roch muffig. Das Mobiliar ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen (Schrank, bei den Stühlen quillt das "Innenleben" raus).
