Ótima opção. Voltaremos!
Pros:

Muito bom custo benefício. O hotel é de madeira e um pouco velho, mas muito bem localizado e com uma varanda bem bacana. A recepção e café são no hotel ao lado, que é melhor e mais caro, tudo tem seu preço. Atendimento excelente, cordial e prestativo acima da média. A vista do café da manhã é incrível.

Schlechtes Hotel!
Pros:

Eigentlich nichts

Cons:

Zimmer sehr sehr alt uns klein.
Toilettentür lässt sich nicht schließen.
Schrank geht nicht zu.
Man soll nur Hotelföhn benutzen, gar keiner da.
Waschbecken im Zimmer.
Möbel sehr alt und defekt, siehe Schrank.
Im Bett liegt man tiefer mit Kopf.

Cozy and in the heart of town
Pros:

I'm the morning it was a sunny day upon awakening. Looking out the patio window was the tip of the Matterhorn, so crisp and clear and just right there.

Cons:

Was way too dim in the room and bathroom. And as the power went off in the afternoon the heat never came back on so I was a bit chilly during the night. The staff was unable to get the heat back online once the power came back on.

Clean, simple property in the heart of Zermatt
Pros:

The location was great, right in the center of the village. It was very simple, more of a hostel than a hotel, but very clean.

Cons:

The shower had no curtain and due to the roof, was impossible to stand in. It was very difficult to shower.

The room is just perfect. The updated bathroom is nice. The room is cleaned every day.

Cons:

The rooms are between the elevator. So not matter which room you would have to carry up or down.

Great location with a reasonable price for a modest Swiss Chalet experience c
Pros:

The location was great. It’s a modest Swiss Chalet with sweet balconies. There is an elevator to half floors, which helps with carrying luggage. All appeared to be newly remodeled.

Cons:

No matter what, you had to go up or down a half flight of stairs when using the elevator.

Fine for 2 nights.
Pros:

Good location and lovely balcony with views of the Matterhorn. Shared bathroom needed updating. Hand held shower was poor. No kettles in rooms or w en in the guest lounge area which was a real shame.

Cons:

Bathroom facilities.
