Amazing spot and a truly wonderful staff
Pros:

Perfect location and an amazing helpful staff. We loved the balcony.

Cons:

Honestly one weird thing that should be a very simple fix. The mount for the shower head is barely chest high and it's on the side wall. It would be very simple to move the bracket above head height at the end of the shower, I hope that gets done for the next person. Doesn't hurt our review though, an amazing place!

Ruim… dois é mais que suficiente para ficar naquele quarto.
Pros:

Da localização e o espaço do café da manhã estavam bons.

Cons:

O quarto era muito velho e pequeno; não tinha frigobar; além do mais era um anexo ao outro hotel, tudo muito velho, estrutura, decoração c parecia um hotel fantasmas do velho oeste.
A cama quebrou;
A lâmpada estava com a iluminação muito fraca- parecia que estávamos apenas a luz de velas.

Pros:

체크인을 옆호텔에서 하는데 미리 알고 가서 불편하지 않았고 직원이 친절하게 안내를 잘해주었습다.
황금 마테호른 전망대에서 가까운 호텔이라 아침일찍 황금마테호른 보러가기가 편했습니다.

Cons:

하필 엘리베이터가 고장났을 순간에 체크인을 해서 계단으로 올라갔습니다. 수리되어 다시 잘 작동되긴 했습니다.

A kettle with 2 cups in the room would certainly be appreciated.

Smell from toilet which obviously had dirty pipes. Appeared clean on the outside but definitely not been cleaned if ever for a very long time.

47年前と変わらぬ温かい接客と素晴らしい景色
Pros:

スタッフが大変親切で，ツェルマットの街のマッターホルンが良く見えるview spotを地図に書いて説明してくれたり，街の夜景が良く見える場所を教えてくれた。ピークパスと個々の乗車券のどちらがお得かについても親身に計算してくれた。朝食も名店のfuchsのパンが提供されていて皆とても美味しかった。朝食の場所は向いのTannenhofというホテルで，帰国後に調べると1979年8月に宿泊したホテル（現在は改装されていた）だったので奇遇にびっくりした。朝食会場の窓側席からはマッターホルンが良く見えた。

Great accommodation for a short stay in Zermatt
Pros:

Location was quite decent and staff were friendly and ready to assist. We had a room with a peak view of the Matterhorn which was a bonus.
