Wonderful location in an alpine style chalet with amazing front desk staff
Pros:

Wonderful location and really excellent staff genuinely helpful kind and considerate… top class!!!

Pros:

The location is excellent in the heart of Zermatt.
The reception staff, Katarina and Francesco, were very friendly and helpful.
The single room is small, but I was aware of this and it didn't bother me, as I was out most of the time during the day.
It was lovely having a balcony to relax and take in the breathless views.

Cons:

The other guests staying at the hotel probably never lived in a house where they had to respect other people: doors banging in the evening and late into the night, the shared toilet was very dirty on the first day and the second day was even worse. I am sure that those people wouldn't leave the toilet in this state at home.

die Badewanne ist gefühlt 109 j. alt, der Einstieg ist fast einen m hoch! 🙈

Ein Hotel mit Charme
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und hat sehr viel Charme. Dazu einen wunderbaren Balkon. Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber es ist alles sauber.

Cons:

Das Bett, d.h. der Lattenrost war durchgebrochen, was die Schlafqualität erheblich minderte. Schade, dass dies nicht vom Reinigungsteam nicht nach dem letzten Gast bemerkt wurde.
