The staff were highly professional, caring and kind .

HOTEL SOLD TO MINOR GROUP THAILAND, MANAGED BY THEIR SUBSIDIARY NH HOTEL ( FROM HOLLAND) COMPLETE DISAPPOINTMENT, CUT ALL COSTS REMOVAL OF ALL DRINKS IN FRIG. ONLY 2 BOTTLE OF WATER, GUESTS SERVICE NONE; STAYED MANY TIMES IN THE PAST 2 YEAR RUN BY DUSIT GROUP. WILL NEVER RETURN AGAIN.
NONE AS NEW GM NEW IDEA. SEE MY COMMENT AS ABOVE, NO SENSE TO REPEAT THE BAD EXPERIENCE.

The NH was a beautiful, clean property. It was an excellent value right in the heart of shopping and night markets.

Bel et agréable hôtel. Très belle piscine en roof top. Très belle chambre, spacieuse, bien agencée. Lit confortable. Excellent petit-déjeuner, choix varié et de qualité. Pas de thé vert ou autres saveurs à mon grand désarroi, seulement ce Lipton Yellow dont se satisfont tant d'hôtels ! Un patio offrant un agréable écrin de verdure. Un personnel accueillant, signature de ce pays. Des restaurants à proximité, proche de la plage, de Blu Port, bref, un bel endroit pour séjourner à Hua Hin.
Rien ,tout était parfait (sauf le thé Lipton Yellow !!!!)

The twin beds size wider than most 3-4 stars hotels. The standing shower area is ample and very good shower.
Air Con is quiet, recommend the hillside room not toward back of the building to avoid the noisy railroad.
Drinking water is free for a maximum of 10 bottles which is fantastic. Breskfast is very good having congee and noodle other than normal American Breakfast.
The Mgmt Team changed from dusitD2 ro NH Hotel but most services kept the same.
The TV needs to include TNN channel #16 as it reveals most world & Thai economic.
The service from maid should improve a bit, no need for customers to inform them when need room cleaning, instead just look into the front door indicator light.
The trash inside the bathroom is too smll, recommend changing to Xiaomi Automatic open/close instead, not expensive anymore.
For breakfast, should have bannana and rolled OATS. Also, do look into mattress which needed to be replaced 1-2 yrs as it creates some backache.
