Disappointed for a 5 star
Pros:

Only positive is the location next to subway station and walking distance to various sites; and a well functioning aircon.

Cons:

This property would not pass off as a 5 star by any means - I had 2 rooms here, both with their own issues. One room was so dirty that we even saw a silverfish (the insect) on the bedding. There was dust on all surfaces - clearly their cleaning protocol isn’t robust. Room setup before checkin was inadequate - shower gel bottle was empty when we checked in, had to complain at the front desk to get this fixed. Mattress sinks in, bed frames are so old and tired, not able to support the mattress well. Definitely not worth the $. Their phone system was broken - no alternates were offered, so if you need anything you have to go down to the front desk.
