Pros:

It was a very nice stay in Porto at the Eurostars Aldiados. We booked rooms with view to the Porto-Sign wich was really worth it.
Rooms comfortable and clean, good room-service and an excellent breakfast. Also the spa was nice and clean.
We can really recommend the hotel. Travelling two adults with two adolescents.

Perfect location, spacious clean rooms and excellent staff!
Pros:

The staff were excellent, very attentive and helpful. No request was an inconvenience, one person in particular really assisted with our sightseeing plan and got it spot on. I think his name was Raphael. The room was clean and spacious and we had a city view which was superb. The location is excellent and walkable to all the main sites. We had a terrific stay!

Cons:

The TV has a glitch. Room 412 please get it fixed. Someone came and had a look, took photos but did not return

מיקום נפלא מבחינת הנגישות והאסתטיקה. רמה גבוהה, נוחות, ניקיון, שירות ויחס של הצוות.

Cons:

מיקום בכיכר המרכזית וגדולה מאד מזמן תנועה מתמדת של רכבים ואנשים וגם של שחפים רבים. לא ניתן להימנע מזה. במלון מחלקים עטמי אוזניים.

Had a very pleasant stay in a beautiful hotel, would definitely go back!
Pros:

The room was a decent size very clean & provided everything that was needed. The breakfast was spectacular & staff very friendly & extremely helpful. There was a gorgeous fragrance in the hotel too & location was perfect & walking distance to everything.
