Hotel muy bien ubicado y buena relación calidad-precio
Pros:

La ubicación, la decoración de la habitación, el desayuno, la zona de spa

Cons:

Salía agua por debajo de la mampara de la ducha. Tras la primera noche dejamos la habitación a las 9 am, con el cartel “limpien la habitación” y al volver a las 16:00 la habitación no se había limpiado aún.
Ascensores muy lentos y poco disponibles.

NUn hotel cinque stelle in pieno centro di Oporto non può non avere una convenzione con un parcheggio o almeno essere in grado di indirizzare il cliente verso un parcheggio. E di questo problema lo staff se ne disinteressa completamente

It was a beautiful property and very clean and well maintained.

Cons:

We had a beautiful view overlooking the plaza… However, due to protest and other things you could hear that at night.

Awesome Porto Hotel - definately recommend!
Pros:

Fantastic location, modern clean hotel with great amenities. Great breakfasts! We stayed the weekend of the FC Porto and the staff were very accomodating and apologetic about the noise from the celebrations.

Cons:

Couldn’t open door to balcony so nice view but I unused space.

Good Stay
Pros:

The hotel was in a good area and in walking distance to most sites. The room was very comfortable and clean. The front desk person who checked us in was very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Not having tea, coffee and milk replenished in our room daily unless we asked and then often it didn’t happen.
