Excellent stay at Brentwood Mussorie
Pros:

The property is very close to mall road and convenient for people like me who travel without a car come from far away cities. I would say it’s perfect for people looking for a nice hilly experience. The views are beautiful from the hotel. The staff esp Kanika from reception was in touch with me before the stay to guide the right directions and during the stay also took good care of needs. Always attentive and very helpful. The cleaning staff was also very good they were constantly looking after what we needed. I loved the breakfast buffet lots of options and there was evening high tea that was also good. I used to feel full all the time hardly felt the need to eat outside accept for lunch and dinner. We also dined there which was good food.

Cons:

The bathrooms were a bit disappointing the door that closed behind had cracks. And were a b it small also.

Poorly organised and overloaded. No proper accomadation for dinner and breakfast buffet.
Pros:

The property used to be organised however now it is highly disorganised. They charging 16k to 22 k for a room per night. But they don’t give proper service even after arriving it took more than 40 minutes for my room to be ready. Plus, they are applyin marketing strategies and overloading but there is no space to eat when dinner and lunch is given in the accommodation deal. The Resturant staff and space is very poorly organised plus Ankit and Suresh are not ready to help if you ask for less spicy food or food just with black pepper due to dietary restrictions.

The Resturant staff and food. Overloaded with no sitting. Plus you need to enter inside the lane to reach there and walking to the mall
Road is full of street dogs in front of the lane close to the hotel. Very bad and suffocated lane and entry. Too
Much of salt put in chicken curry after good 40 hours of waiting.

Beautiful views and quiet setting, yet close to the excitement.
Pros:

The hotel is well located, near all of the shops and restaurants in Gun Hill but far enough that it is quiet. It is a 5 min walk. The food was excellent (breakfast and dinners) and had a good variety of Indian and international foods. Our room was not located in the main building but in an annex building. Our room was spacious and well-maintained.

Cons:

While the room was very nice, the hallways looked like they needed some upkeep and less clutter from random chairs and tables that seems to be part of overflow from other areas

Just OK. If I had another option during that time, I would have preferred that for the price paid.

Cons:

They had a party that continued till 12 mid night.
Noisy people walking up and down by corridor with consideration for others. The hotel needs to improve its acoustics in the rooms and doors to avoid outside noise to enter inside the rooms.
