Comfortable apartment

The location to Old Town.

Per city order one is not allowed to cook in the apartment. No warmer and no microwave

Beautiful modern apartment in an amazing location
Pros:

The room was amazing and modern, had just about everything you could ask for. The kitchen was well equipped except no microwave. Free coffee pods and a coffee maker were used daily and the fridge was cold. Two bathrooms is a huge plus as well as a living room with a second tv. Having access 24 hrs to free laundry was great. Umbrellas available was very nice and useful. Close to everything as well as two bus stops that could take you anywhere.

Cons:

AC was very weak and could not cool the room down. The apartment is on the ground floor and in a corner so there was little to no air flow with the windows wide open. With the windows open, privacy was almost impossible. The street noise with the windows open was also annoying. With the windows closed, the AC was insufficient and we slept hot as the AC is also in the living room and not the bedroom. I would only stay here again in colder months or if I could get a top floor room with better air flow and privacy.
Bed was a little too firm.

Schönes Zimmer, trotz der Lage des Zimmers. Die Lage war top, da die Stadt 5 Min. entfernt war.

Love it, perfect location!
Pros:

This is highly recommended for anyone visiting Salzburg. It is a beautiful, clean and well located property. The unit is very cozy and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Super helpful staff. We really loved it and will return.

Attention to detail was impeccable
Pros:

The service was awesome despite being remote. Modern, comfortable and in a convenient location. The transport pass was a wonderful touch which shows a next level attention to detail. Would definitely stay again

Cons:

Not having a front desk is not ideal since it would’ve been nice to have someone to ask for information. We did not know about the mobility ticket validity area and wanted to take a day trip to nearby Zell am See, unfortunately we bought tickets to go there since it was unclear that the mobility ticket covers the whole state of Salzburg. Even asking on WhatsApp didn’t provide us with the necessary information and they recommended we check local sources so having a front desk would’ve been helpful.

It was unclear how often the apartments get cleaned. During our three night stay there was no cleaning which was okay for a short stay but for longer stays it wouldn’t have been acceptable. Again, having a front desk with staff on site would have clarified a lot of our questions and helped us get around better.

Near the center of beautiful Salzburg. Peaceful yet convenient.
Pros:

Clean and modern. Elevator and good laundry facilities. Excellent location near city center and locaated under the cliffs of Kapuzenerberg. Loved the balcony.

Modern schoon appartement perfecte locatie
Pros:

Zeer schoon modern appartement, uitstekende locatie. Supermarkt op 2 min lopen. Mirabellgarten op loopafstand, op 20 min lopen vanaf station
Groot bed, lekkere douche.

Cons:

Je krijgt te weinig handdoeken en er was niemand om meer handdoeken aan te vragen
