Pros:

Located close to the metro. Friendly staff. Pool was a nice benefit on extremely hot days. Beds were super comfortable.

Pros:

Wonderful hotel, in a quiet location very near Vatican City and still close to Rome City Center. Great vibes, very cool and unique while honoring Roman history. The rooftop bar was incredible, the pizzeria had one of the best pizzas I've ever had (the Margharita 2.0), and my wife and I enjoyed playing Pac Man on one of their retro arcade machines. Very clean and cozy rooms. We thoroughly recommend this hotel!

Pros:

Très belle localisation pour visiter Roma près du metro CIPRO
Facilité de venir à cet hotel en voiture et l'hotel a un parking

Cons:

La salle de restaurant n'est pas au niveau de la qualité de l'hotel ( déco, agencement)
La moquette dans la chambre et dans les espaces publics en général qui n'est pas le mieux pour la santé

Pros:

Bon emplacement près du Vatican à pied et du métro, le rooftop, la déco est sympa...

Cons:

Réservé 2 chambres pour 4 personnes en tout sur booking, et à l'hôtel c'était 2 chambres pour 2 personnes taxes, frais etc en.plus, bref c'est la première fois que ça m'arrive depuis le temps que je réserve sur booking...donc faites attention quand vous réservez dans l'encadré le nombre de chambres et ensuite reverifier si c'est pour 4 ou 2 adultes!! Puis le petit déjeuner était...bof le café trop fort ou machine en panne, que des jeunes travailleurs, pas de gestion d'équipe donc laisser aller flagrant, tout juste polis, rien à voir avec le rooftop ! Pancakes payants! Au prix de la nuit c'est un comble !!

La chambre et l’efficacité du personnel de la réception

Cons:

Nous avons dîné au roof top. Nous avons attendu 45 min le dessert qui n’est jamais arrivé… nous avons donc partagé notre déception au responsable FB Salvatore qui s’est tout de suite occupé de nous.
Un problème peut arriver, on est d’accord.
Mais l’attention au client n’est pas quelque chose qui arrive souvent. Merci

Chambre propre et bien agencée, literie confortable, décoration un peu décalée, très sympa, thème respecté dans tout Personnel reconnaissable à leur tenue (dans le thème) , assez nombreux, serviables et aux petits soins.
Pizzeria et roof top très sympa.Penser à réserver le samedi soir sinon pas de place.
Hotel bien placé, près de stations de bus et métro

Cons:

Très légère odeur de renfermée dans la sdb.

Pros:

Albergo nuovo e ben curato. Staff giovane e molto professionale. la camera era spaziosa e silenziosa, comfort eccezionali e pulizia impeccabile. Da ritornarci. Personale estremamente gentile. Sia hotel che ristorante.

Cons:

sinceramente nulla di cui lamentarsi. se potessi migliorerei il servizio di prenotazione della piscina, ma sinceramente è facilmente gestibile con il personale al desk;
da migliorare il menu del ristorante, una bella cacio e pepe manca ad un ristorante di Roma.

Maravillosa estancia. Para repetir sin dudar.
Pros:

Me encantó el hotel.
La atención del personal del hotel fue excelente.
La habitación de 10, me encantó la cama, el colchón y cojines eran muy cómodos y el tejido de las sábanas muy agradables.
La piscina y la sauna top.
El restaurante del hotel para la comida y cena perfecta, de hecho repetimos por lo deliciosa que estaba.
Muy bien comunicado, el hotel se ubicaba cerca de la parada de metro y autobus.

Cons:

El desayuno buffet fue correcto y variado.
La única sugerencia, para que en lugar de ser correcto fuera brillante es mejorar un poquito la calidad del desayuno buffet.
