Pros:

Le design loufoque est génial, les équipements sont bien les lits passable

Cons:

Couloir NE sont PAS climatisés une chaleur horrible juste climatisée à l'accueil manque d'aération et odeur persistante sur l'accueil et dans le garage et le personnel est gentil en soit mais pas compétent du tout il a fallu m'y reprendre tous les matins à leur faire comprendre que les enfants ne payaient pas le buffet des déjeuners et on me la facturé pour ensuite me le déduire ou on me redemandait tous les jours quel âge avait les enfants pour voir s'ils étaient dans la limite... non ce n'est pas sérieux du tout.

Pros:

La décoration est sublime, les chambres sont confortables.
Mention spéciale pour le rooftop, la nourriture est très bonne, le service impeccable.

Cons:

Le fait de réserver un créneau piscine d’un heure par jour maximum n’était pas indiqué sur booking.
Nous avons fait part de notre incompréhension au personnel à l’accueil qui n’en a eu que faire.
Le responsable a quant à lui était très compréhensif et a essayé de chercher une solution, car nous avions réservé cet hôtel pour l’anniversaire de notre fille et le fait de ne pas pouvoir accéder à la piscine (non chauffée par ailleurs) uniquement sur réservation aurait dû être indiqué.
Le petit déjeuner est bon mais simple, l’impression d’ennuyer le personnel.
Les bouteilles d’eau en chambre sont gratuites le premier jour et ensuite deviennent payantes.
Enfin les kits en chambre habituellement gratuits dans les 4 étoiles, sont également payants.

离地铁站很近，周边有超市，距离梵蒂冈走路15分钟，周边设施都齐全

Cons:

不是每天都整理房间，就很奇怪，可能是室内装饰比较花哨，有些感觉清洁不到位但是很难发现

Hotel top em Roma.. vale a pena!
Pros:

Cama muito confortável, staff muito atencioso e café da manhã espetacular. A estação do metrô Cipro da linha A é pertinho do hotel o que facilitou nossos deslocamentos. Tem um carrefour express pertinho do hotel também.
Mas o que mais gostei foi o restaurante no rooftop, uma vista espetacular do vaticano.. sem contar que é muito fácil deixar as crianças no quarto e tomar uma com a patroa.. a comida muito boa e bons drinks..

A localização , próximo à estação do metrô e ao mesmo tempo num bairro residencial , tudo muito organizado , sauna , o terraço com vista

The worst hotel breakfast of my life in Italy
Pros:

Spacious room with a big TV screen and big bathroom.
Beds were comfy, maybe too soft, but they had two matracess.

Wellness zone was nicely designed, the pool water was not super clean but ok. You habw to reserve your 60 min spot in there so plan wisely.

Cons:

The breakfast was the worst breakfast in Italy so far including B&Bs in our 16 years of travels all around Italy.
Definitely not worth the price. Oversalted eggs, no options of omellete nor pancakes. We were not the only ones thinking that people sitting around were having similar comments and were leaving these on the table. They said that they couldn't make here another two nights. No fresh vegetables, just tomatoes, few leaves of lettuce and chopped carrots. All choices were very poor, sweet cakes just sweet no taste. No porridge no smoothies no fresh juice. We expected something nice :/ but we got just basics.

Even the hotel has its own branded packed water or tissue boxes, there was surprisingly no hair conditioner.
With hard water in Rome and long hair that was not comfortable. Both sinks in pur room were stucked so water was not flowing out. Disgusting.

During the night it was possible to hear pretty well music probably from rooftop or some bar.
