La qualité des plats au roof top n'est clairment pas au rendez-vous.Les plats sont trés mauvais.
La température de l'eau de la piscine est froide.
The staff are extremely helpful throughout the stay.
The pool was a lot smaller than we thought and not heated. I didn't realise how far we would be from some of the main sites, mybplanning fault not the hotels.

Amazing location ..only one metro stop from VATICAN and very close to the city center with all the monuments. Very friendly and competent staff. Clean family room in the building across the main building. Nice rooftop bar. Breakfast nice choice. Sports facility also very good.
At peak moments breakfast area very crowded and some of the food area's were not in time refreshed. But as with all if you signal very quick service. The sofa bed is perhaps good for a child but not comfortable for an adult. But after asking to the front desk a second matrass was delivered which fixed the problem. The wellness area ..the swimming pool is merely a refreshing puddle of 1m20 cm deep. The hamam was not functioning. Sauna ok. But all very clean !
Esthétique soignée de l’hôtel, services proposés (salle de sport, piscine, restaurants, ..), Chambre très confortable et calme.
Emplacement un peu loin des sites touristiques du centre historique. Gestion des réservations pour la piscine un peu rock’n’roll (piscine souvent peu fréquentée, notamment sur les créneaux supposés complets). Petit déjeuner moins riche que dans de les établissements français de la marque.

Location was great in terms of proximity to the metro and getting into Rome was easy, but there wasn’t much nearby in terms of restaurants so you either had to eat at the hotel or go back into Rome.
