Pros:

La literie le confort de la chambre

Cons:

Le paiement de 200€ obligatoire à l’arrivée et lors du départ , le paiement de la taxe de séjour qui devait être déduite de 200€ ne l’a pas été et le remboursement prend bcp de temps à être fait . Malgré appels à l’hôtel leur seule défense est que ça vient de ma banque qui ne me rembourse pas alors que ça vient surtout de leur logiciel et de leur banque qui devrait re créditer la carte de paiement de suite lors du Check out comme ça se fait ailleurs . Personnel qui le prend de haut lors de mon appel et qui se décharge uniquement sur l’incompétence de ma banque !!! Vraiment malaisant et à éviter . Leur seule explication est qu’ils ne sont pas responsables et on ne peut pas discuter avec eux . Discours bien rodé !!!!

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, right next to the train station, making it very convenient for getting around. The breakfast was very good, with a great variety of options. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were always clean and comfortable. The rooftop offers a beautiful view and is the perfect place to relax. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

La climatisation, le petit déjeuner est extra .
La chambre est sympa et la literie au top. L' emplacement de l'hôtel ( près du mètro).
La piscine et le sauna sont appréciables.

Cons:

La cuisine du rooftop est assez prétentieuse ( chère et pas top ).

Très chouette hôtel. Décoration type de la chaîne. Chambre spacieuse et bien aménagée.

Cons:

Petit déjeuner assez décevant - les jus sont industriels - pas de coin centrifugeuse fruits et légumes comme annoncé - pas de jus d’orange frais - très peu de choix de thé - bacon trop cuit.
L’espace piscine décevant - piscine froide - hamman hors service - ambiance froide dans le sous-sol.

Muy buena ubicación, barrio seguro, cerca del metro, cómodo
Pros:

Fue una excelente estadía, el personal fue muy amable con nosotros, y las instalaciones son excelentes. Super limpia y amplia la habitación, y el restaurant del hotel es espectacular, a tal nivel de que llegaba gente de fuera a comer.

Cons:

Sería buenísimo que se pudiera ordenar comidas del restaurante sin tener que bajar a retirarlas, pero no considero que sea algo que baje mi percepción de la estadía.

Great 4-star experience with exceptional attention to detail!
Pros:

Overall, my stay at Mama Shelter Rome was a fantastic surprise that completely lived up to its 4-star standard. The air conditioning was an absolute lifesaver during the heatwave, and having a smart TV connected to YouTube made relaxing in the evening so much easier. My room was top-tier, featuring a lovely walk-in shower.
A massive thank you to the housekeeping team—the "people behind the scenes" who cleaned the rooms with a level of care and attention to detail I’ve honestly never seen anywhere else!
The reception staff was super friendly, and the amenities were great for unwinding—the pool, gym, and especially the arcade games were a super fun touch.

Cons:

Small point for improvement: One evening, a security guard approached us quite harshly to tell us to leave the fountain area, which was still accessible via the open back door. Adding a clear sign if the area is off-limits after a certain hour (even for hotel guests) would avoid any confusion.
Aside from that single interaction, it was a wonderful stay and I would gladly return!

Super cool hotel with lovely staff
Pros:

The staff were very helpful and welcoming and the room was comfy, the staff even gave us a free upgrade. Good location but it is around 50 minutes walk into central Rome e.g. Trevi fountains (we walked mostly but did get a taxi twice as it was so hot). We loved the rooftop bar and restuarant
