It is a very charming hotel. The cleanliness and hospitality are of a very high standard. The breakfast is excellent. The location is very close to the metro, as well as the Vatican, so we barely needed to use public transport. It is a hotel we would gladly return to.

Équipe formidable, sympathique et toujours à l’écoute, chambre très calme et agréable, hôtel très propre et bien tenu…
J’ai adoré mon séjour et je reviendrai…

Un peu excentré dans Rome, mais le métro est proche et cela compense…

Was ok but i am not raving about it.
Pros:

Breakfast choice was fantastic, however it was incredibly noisy and very busy, confusion over cups of coffee, did we fetch it, waiter service etc.
Seating at rooftop was good.

Cons:

Rooftop area not being open in the evening for a drink at the bar, drinks very expensive. Only pizza available on sunday night

un Mama qui se trouve un peu en dessous des autres....

la deco et l'ambiance Mama Shelter, l'espace piscine

Cons:

Immense déception du petit-déjeuner et du personnel qui encadre ce petit-déjeuner. Les réapprovisionnements des plats ont du être demandés à plusieurs reprises...le personnel, pas aimable, était plus occupé sur le téléphone, voire prendre un café avec un collègue plutôt que de servir les clients. Bref, l'équipe du matin est à revoir totalement.
Le ménage des chambres est approximatif...Le Sauna était froid, l'eau de la piscine également.
Pour des habitués du Mama Shelter, nous avons été déçus de celui de Rome...
