Strategic but please prepare well in advanced
Pros:

Bed is comfy. Staff is nice and friendly. Location is strategic, near local culinary.

Cons:

There was someone smoking at the shared space and the smoke is going everywhere, including entering the guest rooms. Please make the shared space free from smokinv activity! The staf is so friendly but it looks like they did not prepare the room well before guest's arrival. They need to improve this aspect, including making sure that each rooms are already assign to guest or not. The cleanliness of the bathroom needs to be significantly improved.

AC nya dingin/The AC is pretty cold

Cons:

Keran wastafel tidak berfungsi, channel TV hanya ada 1 (Indosiar), dan Handuknya keliatan kotor (masih ada bekas kotoran warna coklat). The sink faucet wasn't working, there was only 1 TV channel (Indosiar), and the towels looked dirty (there were still traces of brown dirt).

Superb
Pros:

A nice guest house with everything you need. The bed was comfortable, the room was nice and there were some chair/couches to chill and relax or read outside the room. The bathroom has no hot water but you don't really need it at all in Surabaya. Overall, it's good value for the price.

Cons:

Bad location. Super dirty - sheets with stains and hairs on the floor. The room smells bad and everything is in very poor condition. The pictures are completely misleading. Don’t recommend

Good for short term
Pros:

The room was spacious, with good view,
quiet . The hotel is pretty clean .

Cons:

The staff is nice but they don’t speak one word in English , so be ready take your google translate and speak with your phone . But they try to look after you and that is good .
