Personalet er absolut i top! Hotellet matcher prisen, og er tæt på byens butikker og restauranter.
Pros:

Personalet er hotellets absolut største ressource! Alle vi havde kontakt med, var virkelig servicemindede både i receptionen og i caféen. Vi blev mødt med smil, opmærksomhed og hjælpsomhed - personalet topper karakterskalaen og mere til!
Morgenbuffeten var udmærket med et udvalg af frugt, grød, brød, pålæg, lune retter og kolde- og varme drikkevarer.
Hotellet blev primært valgt ud fra beliggenheden, som er midt i centrum, og i gåafstand til de steder vi skulle besøge.

Cons:

Værelset var ikke prangende men der var, hvad vi skulle bruge, hverken mere eller mindre. Det var dog ærgerligt, at da vi trak gardinerne fra, var vinduerne så beskidte, at man kun lige kunne skimte bebyggelsen på den anden side af gaden, som bare er få meter væk.

Jeg har en bestemt følelse av at hotellet er i en standardmessig nedtur, dessverre.
Pros:

Jeg har i perioder bodd ganske mye på dette hotellet, og har trivdes med beliggenhet og fasiliteter.

Cons:

Fra mine første opphold på hotellet har frokostdelen blitt betydelig forringet. I en periode ble speilegg stekt i form for å se like ut (?), og det smaker rett og slett annerledes enn standard speilegg. Denne gangen fant jeg ingen speilegg i det hele...

Frokosten er meget bra...litt kjedelige kaker og hotellet er meget sentralt ifht Stormen og sentrum av Bodø
