The room was clean, the staff was very accommodating. They called to check and see if the room was up to our standards and if we needed anything. Wow!! I don’t remember the last time I received a call to check in. Excellent!!

The place was a great location for my daughter, her friends, and I to attend City on the Hill in Duluth in August. It was very convenient getting to the event and back over the few days we were there. The place was extremely clean and quiet. The bedding was VERY comfortable; we all commented on how well we slept. The only negative I would say was that in the breakfast area, there were two women playing cards at a table, clearly done eating, but they didn't leave. The room was packed full, and people were leaving because there was nowhere to sit. I wish an employee had said something to them. I will stay there again for sure, and highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay anywhere in that area!
Location is excellent and close to everything, service is amazing, breakfast is great and wifi is reliable!
Passing through Duluth and found this Gem. Quiet, clean, good pillows for a good sleep. We didn’t use the pool are but looked clean. Breakfast was very good and price was $100 cheaper than most places near Canal park which is only 10 minute drive.
The hotel was clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was well stocked. We enjoyed the quiet and peaceful stay at the hotel.

The room was clean and comfortable. Nice pool. Allows small dogs. Front desk staff is really nice and helpful.
The woman who ran the breakfast buffet was extremely rude to us. We thought our dog couldn't be left alone in the room so we brought him down there and she was so awful about it instead of just telling us the rules. Especially since last time we stayed there were other dogs in the breakfast area.

Good place to stay, but the tv setup (directTV only) felt left much to be desired. Had to watch a show on our phone instead. The tv had capability to find our phone via Bluetooth, but there was not a second remote to actually connect them. Bring your hdmi cord unless you’re ok with direct TV 🥴
Large room, friendly staff, wonderful experience.
The location was great. We were dropping off our student at UMD and wanted to get away from the hustle and bustle of the school. The guest services were very nice and helpful.
