The room was clean, comfortable, HVAC worked as expected. The hotel staff was friendly and the location was ideal. I really liked the on-site bar and restaurant, my evening meal was excellent.
There were several issues with my stay that made my first visit there disappointing. First, upon arrival I find out that the pool is closed for maintenance. Second, while taking my morning shower I find that the conditioner bottle and the body wash bottle are both empty - what to do while soaking wet ? This is just plain poor housekeeping performance. Then I get dressed and go down for my morning breakfast. I pour myself a bowl of Cheerios only to find out there's no milk available. Seriously? Why bother to put the cereals out if there's no milk? So I have to skip breakfast and checkout. Overall, for my first visit, it was disappointing.
Breakfast was okay , some of the food was overcooked and dry out (eggs). Over all enjoyed it.
Liked the small gym with cardo equipment and dumbbell weights.
pool was closed for maintenance nearby ice machine was broke. Maybe need to think about installing smart TV's with streaming capabilities.

The room was clean, the staff was very accommodating. They called to check and see if the room was up to our standards and if we needed anything. Wow!! I don’t remember the last time I received a call to check in. Excellent!!

The place was a great location for my daughter, her friends, and I to attend City on the Hill in Duluth in August. It was very convenient getting to the event and back over the few days we were there. The place was extremely clean and quiet. The bedding was VERY comfortable; we all commented on how well we slept. The only negative I would say was that in the breakfast area, there were two women playing cards at a table, clearly done eating, but they didn't leave. The room was packed full, and people were leaving because there was nowhere to sit. I wish an employee had said something to them. I will stay there again for sure, and highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay anywhere in that area!
Location is excellent and close to everything, service is amazing, breakfast is great and wifi is reliable!
Passing through Duluth and found this Gem. Quiet, clean, good pillows for a good sleep. We didn’t use the pool are but looked clean. Breakfast was very good and price was $100 cheaper than most places near Canal park which is only 10 minute drive.
The hotel was clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was well stocked. We enjoyed the quiet and peaceful stay at the hotel.

The room was clean and comfortable. Nice pool. Allows small dogs. Front desk staff is really nice and helpful.
The woman who ran the breakfast buffet was extremely rude to us. We thought our dog couldn't be left alone in the room so we brought him down there and she was so awful about it instead of just telling us the rules. Especially since last time we stayed there were other dogs in the breakfast area.
