Pros:

Хороший современный отель. Все чисто, аккуратно. Красивое электронное пано с морем в холле. Есть чайник в номере. Есть платная общественная парковка под отелем

Окно не открыть, шумно. С парковкой в городе сложно. На улице на платных парковках не возможно оставить машину, если превысил лимит для нерезидентов города..

Pros:

Localização estupenda, muito central (junto ao estádio San Mames e da rede intermodal), hotel muito confortável e sofisticado e com um pequeno almoço de ótima qualidade. Simpatia e eficiência dos empregados.

A wonderful place to stay for exploring Bilbao
Pros:

Everything was great. Parking is directly under the hotel with a bespoke lift into reception. When we checked in we were given a room upgrade: our room was large, comfortable and very well equipped. The hotel location is great - just next door to the bus and metro hub. Breakfast was varied and ample: plenty of helpful staff in the dining area. The whole place was calm and quiet.

Cons:

Just a minor quibble- some very specific directions to the car park would be helpful as the road rules are unique!

Voor herhaling vatbaar
Pros:

De kamer was heel goed ingericht en goede matrassen en douche.
Het ontbijt had een goede keuze maar te weinig verschillende broden die vers waren.
Personeel vriendelijk.
Ligging van het hotel ideaal voor stadsbezoek met tram beneden aan hotel!
Rechtstreekse busverbinding met bus naar luchthaven!

Cons:

Weinig lichtinval op de kamers door kleine ramen die niet volledig open kunnen!Uitzicht is lelijk op dak van nevengebouw.
Ik zou er voor het comfort van de kamer en ideale ligging van hotel wel terug gaan
