Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location for us to explore the town and access the bus station for onward trip to San Sebastián

Others have commented and this is frequent in hotels but the bathroom floor gets wet when you shower.

Trotz vorherigem online check-in ca. 15 Minuten Wartezeit bis zur Zimmervergabe. Nur ein Schalter dauerhaft besetzt.
Sehr modernes neues Hotel. Metro und Busbahnhof direkt erreichbar. Tolles Zimmer, WC und Dusche im separaten Zimmer. Kühlschrank vorhanden.Klasse Frühstück, schicker Restaurant- und Frühstücksbereich. Sehenswürdigkeiten schnell erreichbar.

Ruime, fijn ingerichte kamer. Alles heel netjes en schoon. Kamer met bureau, fijne relax stoelen en groot bed.

Het restaurant, de bediening dus.
Spraken geen woord Engels, waren kortaf, keken beetje boos bij vragen.
Eten was prima.
Maar voor 4 sterren verwacht je wel Engels sprekend personeel.
Naast ons zaten er Fransen en Amerikanen en iedereen werd kortaf behandeld.
