Cons:

Das Hotel war wegen eines Brands, der sich vor ca. einen Monat vor meines Termins ereignet hatte geschlossen. Dennoch war meine Buchung und Zahlung entgegen genommen worden, obwohl zu diesem Zeitpunkt das Hotel bereits geschlossen war. Eine Nachrcht über die Schließung erhielt ich nicht. Ich stand vor dem geschlossenen Eingang.

Cons:

Trotz Buchung war niemand zu erreichen und das Hotel geschlossen. Ich war deshalb gezwungen ein anderes Hotel zu suchen, da war ich leider auch nicht der Einzige. Ich denke, ein ordentliches Hotel sollte zumindest booking.com mitteilen, dass es geschlossen ist und keine Buchungen mehr annehmen.

Pros:

Mir wurde direkt vor der Anreise kurzfristig mit fadenscheinigen Grund abgesagt und dann musste ich bei boocking noch die kostenlose Stornierung erbitten und mir eine neue Unterkunft besorgen. Das Hotelpersonal war weder vor Ort, noch telefonisch zu erreichen. Ich hoffe, dass ich die Kosten zurück bekomme.

Cons:

Der Inhalt von oben sollte hier unten stehen. Es war nichts gut, da mir der Zutritt zum Hotel untersagt wurde.

Sijainti oli hyvä junalla matkustaessa

Cons:

Huone oli maksettu,Ei ollut henkilökuntaa vaikka olimme ennen sisäänkirjautumisen loppua paikalla. Ei vastattu puhelimeen. Olin myös laittanut viestin 1 1/2tuntia aikasemmin että juna on myöhässä. Olimme silti ajoissa. Pari heppua siinä pyöri kyselemässä ei haluttu auttaa.

Das Hotel ist wegen Renovierungsarbeiten geschlossen während der Zeit, in der ich gebucht habe. Die Buchung ging aber ohne weiteres durch - ohne Hinweis, dass eine Übernachtung gar nicht möglich ist. Was soll ich dazu sagen? Unfassbar. Ich erwarte, dass die bereits gezahlte Übernachtung umgehend zurückgezahlt wird. Auch nach etlichen Mails wurde bisher nicht reagiert; weder von booking noch vom Hotel.

Für eine Nacht im Zentrum von Stuttgart in Ordnung.
Pros:

Die zentrale Lage ist sehr gut.
Die Matratzen sind bequem.
Das Zimmer ist für eine Nacht okay.

Cons:

Der Vorhang war defekt, so dass sich das Zimmer nicht komplett verdunklen ließ.
Leider wurde ich sehr früh durch den Lärm der Tür im Erdgeschoss geweckt. Es war eine schwere Tür, die immer wieder zugeschlagen wurde. Das war sehr störend.
