Pros:

Ottima posizione in un quartiere tranquillo a due passi dalla stazione di Nippori. Lo staff è cordiale e parla inglese, abbiamo usufruito del servizio di spedizione bagagli ad un altro hotel e ci hanno aiutato con il procedimento.
La camera è un po' piccola ma negli standard di Tokyo.

Perfect budget hotel in a quiet neighborhood
Pros:

I loved the location. I didn't know it was in the textile district until I started to look for a place to eat. It is in a quiet neighborhood only 10 minute walk from the Nippori station. The hotel is easy to find and the room was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious and they changed items everyday.

Cons:

I was disappointed by the very basic sento/public bath but I found other options in the neighborhood.

Pas de placard de rangement dans la chambre. Pas de lampe de chevet de chaque côté du lit. Programmes de TV uniquement en japonais.

위치가 최고인 완벽한 호텔
Pros:

위치가 너무 좋더라구요
편의점이랑 맛집 가까이에 있구요
대욕장도 너무 좋았어요
아! 조식도 맛나요

Cons:

대욕장 층에 흡연공간이 같이 있던데
담배 냄새가 새어 나와서 너무 불쾌했어요
또 실내복이 치마라 불편했어요 바지 이면 좋겠어요

外置距離地鐵約5分鐘路程，交通方便。早餐多樣化，能同時滿足日式和西式選擇。但房間清潔度可能要再加強，第一天入住就有許多會飛的小蟲，不確定是從浴室還是垃圾桶出來的，除此以外，整體算中等。

Great location and neat room
Pros:

The location is great—it's just a 5-minute walk from Nippori Station, and there's a 7-11 conveniently close by. The staff are friendly, and the room is clean and well-kept. They provide toothbrush and toothpaste.

Cons:

The double bed felt a little tight, and the sink setup caused some water splashing. Soundproofing could be better, as it got a bit noisy at night.

Pros:
