Pros:

The hotel and staff was amazing. I send my luggage to and from the hotel, I received a package, they accommodated me for each request I had. Breakfast was amazing, bed was very comfortable , distance: 4 min from the train- metro station , including direct line(skyline) to the Narita airport. I would totally reebok this.

Amazing breakfast, clean rooms, truly relaxing atmosphere in the onsen and highest quality of each detail around. The staff is very helpful, helped us a lot with managing cancellations for bus tickets and prolonging our stay

great for business trip
Pros:

The breakfast is 10/10, food is superb. The location is super nice, just 5 mins walk to the train station. Staff are friendly and willing to provide free suitcase storage after checkout.
