Cons:

Jeg anbefaler ikke dette hotellet.

Sjåfør tjenester: De sier at det er samme pris som taxi, men de tar høyere sum og lyver rett opp i ansiktet ditt.

Restaurant: Maten i restauranten er ikke god i det hele tatt. Det er ikke hva jeg ville kalt "tradisjonell Tyrkisk mat".

Frokosten: Kjedelig frokost. Egg blir tomt, og de fyller ikke opp selv når personalet ser at det trengs. De fyller opp etter å si ifra 2 ganger.

Soverom: Vi bestilte det beste rommet hotellet hadde. Rommet var ikke rengjort i det hele tatt. Gulvet var urent, vannet i dusjen gikk ikke og var helt tett. Alt vannet samlet seg på gulvet. Sengene var ikke klare for nye gjester. Det var hår fra forrige gjestene på sengetøyet.

Toalettet og vasken var ikke renset i det hele tatt.
Når jeg ringte resepsjonen angående dette så avbryter de meg og sier at det er rent. Han ble sur over telefon.

Kommer senere en person opp som fikser dusjen så det ikke er tett lenger: han var så sur når han kom at vi ble ukomfortabel.

Beliggenhet: Veldig langt unna sentrum. Ingenting å gjøre i nærområdet.

Aldri igjen.

Great staff. Great cleanliness and excellent food and room service. Restaurant is great in the hotel
Pros:

Breakfast was great and variety with tasty and healthy items

Cons:

There was no stairs to our room. So we had to lift the baby pram and luggages through stairs for one floor.and no indoor pool

Pros:

la piscine , parfait pour les familles avec enfants petite espace de jeux pour les enfants,
ainsi que la plage ils ont un minibus si besoin, pour y aller à certaines heures,

Cons:

la vétusté de la salle de bain, avec pas mal de point d'humidité, le bruit avec le moteur de clim, le petit-déjeuner manque du vrai café avec des vrais jus frais, pas trop de variété, et pas trop conserver au frais.
pas d'offre découverte pour les spas et hammam,
bien faire attention quand vous appuyez sur un bouton ça signale qu'il n'y a pas besoin de venir faire la chambre on a pas été prévenu juste à la fin le jour où on devait partir,
et attention il n'y a rien à côté a proximité , donc prévoir voiture ou taxi

L’hôtel était élégamment décoré et très bien agencé. La chambre était charmante et le jacuzzi, excellent. Le petit-déjeuner était également très agréable.

Cons:

Lit d’appoint pour enfant non présent alors que nous avions fait la demande au préalable.

Over all it was good
Pros:

It was a nice place to stay, was clean and most of the people working there were nice.
I like the lady in room service the one working on the night shift I forgot to ask her name.
The driver Adam very nice guy and on time

Cons:

The people at the reception are working most of the time not speaking English, and if there is a mistake on their side they never say sorry no one teaches them the customer right.
Also, I call room service before I leave the room in morning and came back in the evening no one clean my room and change the sheets & the towels happened with me several times

Over all was a nice and lovely experience .
Pros:

Property was definitely beautiful with lovely facilities available , most members of staff were extremely nice and caring, the lady manager, Kadir and Shatlyk in particular.

Cons:

Location not so good, still a building side , maybe the management should consider at list once a day a free transfer to the centre . Food in general can be better . The Spa also can be managed better with more affordable massages priced.
