Bello dalle foto, ma lontano dall'esperienza di una boutique hotel a 5 stelle
Pros:

Il rooftop è sicuramente il punto forte della struttura: molto piacevole e con una bella atmosfera. Anche il cibo che abbiamo provato era complessivamente molto buono.

La camera era ampia, luminosa e dotata di una TV molto grande. Abbiamo apprezzato anche il benvenuto all’arrivo con spremuta fresca e fragole ricoperte di cioccolato.

Cons:

La principale delusione è stata la guest experience complessiva: poca attenzione ai dettagli, servizio poco proattivo e un’atmosfera generale che, a nostro parere, non rispecchia il posizionamento a 5 stelle della struttura.

Già prima dell’arrivo ci è stato chiesto di compilare un questionario molto dettagliato sulle nostre preferenze, inclusa persino la fragranza desiderata, creando l’aspettativa di un’esperienza realmente personalizzata. Nella pratica, però, non abbiamo ritrovato queste attenzioni: la fragranza scelta non è mai stata utilizzata e, nonostante avessimo specificato di non bere alcolici, abbiamo comunque trovato una bottiglia di spumante in camera. Viene spontaneo chiedersi quale sia l’utilità di raccogliere informazioni così specifiche se poi non vengono utilizzate durante il soggiorno.

L’housekeeping è stato molto basilare. Le fragole del benvenuto sono rimaste sul tavolo della camera per tre giorni, mancava la carta igienica di scorta, asciugamani e accappatoi non venivano propriamente risistemati e un giorno sono state dimenticate anche le bottiglie d’acqua, che abbiamo dovuto richiedere personalmente in reception. Persino nel set del caffè mancava un cucchiaino o qualcosa con cui poterlo mescolare. Una mattina avevamo lasciato il “Do Not Disturb”, ma nessuno è tornato nel pomeriggio per verificare se desiderassimo il servizio di pulizia.

Anche sul fronte manutenzione abbiamo riscontrato alcune criticità: inizialmente l’acqua calda non funzionava correttamente e dalla camera provenivano rumori anomali che meriterebbero una verifica. Il letto era inoltre estremamente duro e per noi scomodo.

Grande delusione anche la colazione. Non è prevista una vera colazione a buffet e l’offerta ci è sembrata piuttosto limitata, sia nella varietà sia nelle quantità. Alcune porzioni erano quasi paradossali: lo yogurt, ad esempio, veniva servito in una quantità equivalente a circa due cucchiai. Anche il servizio era costantemente molto lento.

Un séjour idyllique pour se reposer avec une vue extraordinaire !
Pros:

La décoration de l’hôtel, les chambres sont grandes ,la vue est magnifique , le rooftop est sublime , le Beach club ombragé .Les deux restaurants sont délicieux , la cuisine est locale et raffinée !
Un super séjour
Le personnel a l’exception de la réceptionniste .

Cons:

La réceptionniste nous avons demandé la veille de notre départ de modifier l’horaire de notre taxi , pour 16h au lieu de 17h et le matin même pour être sure de partir à 16h .
Au moment du départ elle nous informe que cela n’est pas possible sauf si nous payons un nouveau taxi .
C’est dommage car le personnel est top hormis cet incident.
Notre taxi est arrivé à 16h45 nous avons eu notre vol!

A localização do hotel é muito boa, próxima à praia e a diversos pontos de interesse de Playa del Carmen. O rooftop possui uma vista bonita, e alguns funcionários foram educados e prestativos durante a estadia.

Cons:

A recepção não foi tão prestativa quanto eu esperava. Além disso, somente no momento do check-out, após duas diárias de hospedagem, fui informado de que tinha direito a algumas refeições inclusas. Essa informação deveria ter sido apresentada logo na chegada, para que eu pudesse aproveitar adequadamente os benefícios da reserva.

La chambre et ses services

Les piscines

La nourriture des restaurants était bonne malgré un choix restreint à certaines heures

Cons:

Deux événements privés (mariages) durant nos 4 jours avec impossibilité d'utiliser certaines piscines ou la plage pendant ces moments. Nous avons reçu un massage en compensation mais nous aurions préféré profiter des services à la place.

L'acharnement de certains serveurs pour obtenir des pourboires (même pour la commande d'un seul verre d'eau). Et s'ils ne le reçoivent pas, ils nous ignorent les autres jours.

Beautiful relaxing stay
Pros:

Our room was spacious and beautiful. The staff was great and the food was also nice.

Cons:

I did not realize the distance to go into town from the hotel. It was 20 min drive. No concierge and the staffs knowledge of restaurants was very limited.

Super séjour
Pros:

Notre chambre était juste magnifique avec une belle vue sur la mer. Le Rooftop tout en haut était super. Dommage nous n’avons pu profiter en raison de notre court séjour.
Le personnel était super et nous avons même eu droit à une attention en raison de notre voyage de noce. Merci beaucoup !

Cons:

L’emplacement, malheureusement il fallait environ 15 minutes en voiture (taxi) pour aller au centre et sur le séjour ça devenait coûteux.
Je vous recommande de trouver une location pour être libre de mouvement.

Amazing room and location. We would defiantly recommend.
Pros:

The room was spectacular, and extremely spacious. The bed was really comfortable, and the automatic blinds were a nice touch. The bathroom area too was very well designed.
We stayed the night after our wedding, and wished we could stay longer.

Cons:

A few more options on the room service, as we would have liked to eat in the room later, but not much to choose from.
As it was the bridal suite, it would have been nice to have a few extra touches to help us celebrate.

Vue superbe endroit de charme mais chambre pour un coupe

Le manque de meuble dans la chambre car nous étions 3 et du coup rien ne remplaçait le canapé . La salle de bain est dans l’entrée sans aucune intimité il faut le savoir ..
