Hotel muy cómodo para ir en familia. Las instalaciones son muy bonitas, el personal muy amable, nos sentimos muy bien.
Facilitățile hotelului sunt foarte bune , atracția centrala sunt toboganele cu apa de care au fost încântați copiii, mâncarea a fost destul de buna,multe opțiuni de alegere , camerele foarte frumoase, curățenie absolută peste tot, privelist superbă la răsărit , o locație ideală pentru încheierea sejurului , unde poți odihni din plin , in apropiere destul ste o plaja micuța , mermaid beach, foarte frumoasa la apus și s pot vedea multi pești .
Băuturile , sucurile erau ceva chestii diluate, uneori f dubioase la gust , țânțarii foarte agresivi pe care în alte zone nu i-am întâlnit din păcate nici nu am fost echipați cu spray , piscinele nu au fost încălzite, ,entertainment pentru copii in afara de tobogane f slăbut, o camera minuscula pentru jocuri , numai copii micuți mai mergeau.

Bigger room. Too much noise. Ping ball table was too damaged. No evening swimming possibility
We booked a room and specifically requested a baby cot, as we were travelling with a baby. However, the cot was not in the room when we arrived. We spoke to the hotel staff and asked them to bring one so our baby could sleep comfortably, but it was never delivered. On top of that, there were hairs on the bedding, which was very unpleasant and unhygienic. Overall, we were disappointed with the service and cleanliness. When travelling with a baby, we expect basic requests like a cot to be taken seriously. Unfortunately, this was not the experience we had, and we would not recommend this hotel to families
All staff members are welcoming, and nearby bus stations serve Protaras and Aya Napa. The food is excellent, and the pools are expansive.
You cannot set the air conditioning below 23 degrees, as the heat is intense. Once the unit shuts down, airflow stops and the room warms further.
The balcony glass door lacks a protective net against bugs, so opening it at night to bring in cool air is not possible.
Additionally, some ants entered the room, though spray resolved the issue quickly.
The staff was so respectful and kind
The room was so clean, bathroom is clean, the shampoo and conditioner so good, good facilities.

The bathroom has mold in all silicone pieces (they didnt use anti mold silicone) so we were bathing while wearing flip flops and they couldnt do much.

Το δωμάτιο μας ήταν σε άλλη πλευρά του κτηρίου και είχαμε 2 παιδιά βαλίτσες και καρότσι και ήταν πολύ δύσκολη η μετακίνηση μας αφού για να περάσουμε να φθάσουμε στο δωμάτιο χρειαζόμασταν να περάσουμε 2 αλλά κτήρια και με πολύ βαριές πόρτες που δεν μπορούσαν να μείνουν ανοικτές. Οσο αφορά την καθαριότητα στους κοινόχρηστους χώρους θα μπορούσε να ήταν καλύτερη.

An absolutely stunning, peaceful, and relaxing place that is a must-visit for everyone. Everything was perfect, the food was fresh and very delicious, cleanliness and service exceeded our expectations. We stayed in a room with a spacious balcony overlooking the pools and the bar, allowing us to enjoy the evening entertainments directly from our room, feeling like we had our own private VIP loft. We will definitely return there for another round!
The only minor issue was the air conditioner, which was a bit noisy at high speeds and slightly disturbed our sleep. Also, the temperature control was limited to between 23–25°C. Aside from that, everything else was truly perfect!
