- Location (no supermarket or pharmacy near to hotel you need to use car).
- Food (we tried first day their lunch buffet)variety but the taste,really we didn't find anything to like of course we didn't eat again at the hotel.
- Terrible food trays condition (see photos) honestly a 4 star hotel doesn't have the money to buy stainless steel ones??
-too small room for family of four.
-too small bathroom (how is possible bathroom door to attach exactly on the toilet)see photos below.
-no soundproof
-no sea close you need to walk long distance to find sea.
-breakfast facilities (just one toast maker) you had to wait for ages to warm your slices.
-terrible coffee from their machines.

The outdoor pools and waterpark
The bathroom and the ac unit. It was too hot in the room
The location, the rooms and the view were all excellent.
The last day while I was talking to my friend who was also staying there but in an another room, I figured out that her minibar was full while ours was completely empty. The second day, the housekeeper did not bring any clean towels and left the dirty ones.

Loved the waterfall and the pool, very helpful and polite staff, location is very good, and the spa personel was very nice. Nice touch was that there was a water fridge by the pool that we could use. Nice touch was the gift of fruit plate and wine at the room when we arrived.
Part of the breakfast buffet was not fresh, like the croissants and the bread rolls. The cleaning ladies could do a better job when cleaning the room, They didnt fold my son's pjs and they didn't pick up the dish used for the fruits in the room. Also it would be nice as part of the toiletries to have some body cream as its useful after a day under the hot sun.

1) in our room during whole vacation we were cathching big cockroaches in our room!
2) personnel at the reception and waiter at the main restaurant were giving different prices for the lunch
3) door of our room was unlocked all the time
