The location is great. A quiet small street next to the center. We stayed just for one night and managed to do everything we came for.
Breakfast was cheap but also not very good. The brochure had a picture of fried egg and mentioned soup, but there were neither. The food that was in fact available was not very tasty.

Qui a eu l'idée d'installer un détecteur de mouvement pour la lumière de l'entrée dans une chambre à lits jumeaux ? À chaque déplacement nocturne, la lumière s'allume automatiquement et réveille l'autre personne. Une décision de conception franchement surprenante!
On arrivait d'Europe, et la 1ère nuit après un si long vol + jet lag a été gâchée par cette lumière qui s'est allumée plus de 5 fois!
Overall, the hotel is quite quirky and cute, especially the downstairs area. It was very clean and we had a small balcony.
We took the upgraded twin room option but still felt much more cramped than other hotels we stayed in Japan. I think this is due to the layout - almost no sink space (for toiletries) very narrow space at end of the bed (so hard to pass by). I didn't expect it to still feel so small, so be aware of what you book!

De locatie is geweldig. Tenjin is een leuke wijk. Het hotel heeft een leuke uitstraling. De kamer is slim ingericht en voorziet in shampoo etc
Het is echt erg klein. Misschien top als je jong bent, maar voor ons te klein. Je kunt niet twee koffers openleggen of ergens kleding neerleggen. In badkamer kun je nergens je toilettas kwijt, geen plankje. In de buurt lastig voor 10 u ontbijt te vinden. Ontbijt in hotel is niet de moeite.

The room is small, but functional.
Cosy accommodation in great location, with friendly stuff and nice vibes in the common areas. Especially enjoyed the balcony.
