Good location in change of good sleep.
Pros:

Common areas were cleaned every day but the guests staying were really dirty.

Cons:

Too much noise, we new that is on top of the bar but the volume is too much. We always go to that bar and is hard to hear each other talking. Also all the people on the rooms were really noise, we had a DJ next door and no one of the hotel checked about it. And lastly everyone slamming doors all day long inclusive at early morning. People don’t have common sense and no one checks on that kind of behaviours.

Court séjour sympathique
Pros:

L'hôtel en lui-même est très beau et chambre cosy déco superbe.
Court séjour de 2 nuits et un vendredi et samedi.
Personnel très sympathique, que ce soit à la réception ou au restaurant/bar.
Sanitaires propres.
Rapport qualité prix je trouve que c'est top.
Le lait et les bouteilles d'eau mis à disposition, jamais vu cela avant. Très pratique.
Endroit idéal pour la plage à proximité.
Commerces présents également à proximité

Cons:

Pas eu de chocolat en poudre lors des 2 petits déjeuner, il y en avait le vendredi soir on était super content mais le samedi matin à 7h30 il n'y en avait pas / plus. Et pas revu ensuite. Restait que du thé ou café.

Soirée animée de 20h à minuit non stop. La chambre tremblait 😅 le chanteur / musicien était juste en dessous de notre chambre. perso j'aime la musique et je me couche tard donc pas grave mais à savoir pour ceux qui recherchent du calme... aucune idée si c'est tous les jours comme ça ou que le weekend...

Met/exceeded expectations. Great location. Clean and tidy.
Pros:

The location was ideal. I was concerned about staying above a pub/restaurant, but even on the Saturday night the noise wasn't bad at all and was all wrapped up by 12. The other nights even earlier. So if you're concerned about the noise, don't be.

Also considering it was shared bathrooms, they were immaculately clean, had body wash etc provided and there were plenty of them.

Cons:

Laundry being $4 per machine was a bit of a bummer. While still cheaper than a laundromat, it doesn't incentivise using it very often.

Also no cutlery or crockery for use in the common area kitchen, only mugs.

Great during the week!
Pros:

The location. The fun renovations to a gorgeous old building. Staff were wonderful. Super comfortable beds. Everything sparkling clean and fresh

Cons:

Also the location. Terribly loud some nights with cars racing past & the pub downstairs having a live singer. The singer’s music made our bed constantly shake

Friendly staff, nice shared facilities, no fresh air in the room
Pros:

Location, spacious room, tidy and convenient shared bathroom and kitchen facilities

Cons:

The frame of the window to the outdoors was painted over and could not open making an otherwise spacious room feel stale and smelly 😬

Excellent location, clean and comfortable.
Pros:

Everything was great. I’ve never stayed in a shared bathroom arrangement before, but the facilities were fantastic and staff were helpful and kind.

Nothing. It was fabulous stay.

Good for one night with family.
Pros:

Great central location to Henley Beach. Nice big family room. Reception staff were accomodating and allowed us to check in nice and early. Great for family of 5, 2 adults 3 kids for ONE night. The central communal kitchenette was great to grab a cuppa and free bottles of water from the communal fridge.

The Ramsgate Tavern below accomodation, is great location and excellent food.

Cons:

It is above a pub, which we knew when we booked. However, our family room was connected to the public balcony which was accessible to all patrons staying at the accomodation. There were a number of patrons who ignored the 10pm quiet time and decided to hang just outside our window connecting onto the balcony and chat to all hrs of the morning. Nothing against having a good catch up, but not when you’re being kept awake until early in the morning.

With this, I believe there was no night manager or any staff available that we could contact. Not that I could find anyway.
