Pros:

Location for our purpose was excellent. Shopping and dinning were right around the corner. Was in the more quiet section of Easton Shopping complex. Easy access on and off the highway. Jim was well equipped and clean. The lobby was a great place to hang out also.

Excellent room & very nice hotel!! Really enjoyed myself
Pros:

I really enjoyed staying on the 3 rd floor. Over looking the Eastern Mall & restaurants was amazing!!! Will book again for sure.

Oumar going above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcome
Pros:

Our overall experience was great. The location was great for all the events we had planned and the room was perfect for us. The real reason for our review today is to let Oumar and his team know how much his kindness impacted our stay. He showed compassion when my son was embarrassed that he had been sick near the pool. When we ran into him later in the evening, he asked if my son was feeling better. I am thankful that there are kind and caring people like Oumar on your team making us feel welcomed!
