Quiet, even though in a busy road location. The front desk reception was wonderful, friendly and engaged.
Nothing really, the bed was a bit hard.
The staff were fantastic and flexible with our need to extend our stay always ensuring everything was ok and if we needed anything just to let them know! Even though the parking was booked already when we needed to extend they found an easy alternative to parking in a vacant spot and not charging us for that extra night.

Not easy to get to your reception area for check-in when there is no parking spaces out on the street.
The staff are amazing, friendly and helpful, the room was spotless, easy parking garage and easy to check in after hours. Washing machine and dryer available in the room was a huge plus. Just everything was seamless.
It was very clean, comfortable and had everything I needed. Located very close to the hospital which was necessary. I had to extend my stay multiple times and the staff made this process very easy for me.

Showing it's 5 years of age a little now. The door under the sink needed it's hinges tightening and the LED strip under the kitchen cabinets needed replacing, otherwise everything else in the room was great.

Staff were really accommodating. Appreciate the late check-in and local advice. Rooms were really well equipped and comfy beds. Perfect location for our event.
