Not easy to get to your reception area for check-in when there is no parking spaces out on the street.

Pros:

The staff are amazing, friendly and helpful, the room was spotless, easy parking garage and easy to check in after hours. Washing machine and dryer available in the room was a huge plus. Just everything was seamless.

The staff were very helpful and supportive and made a challenging situation with a loved one in hospital that little bit
Pros:

It was very clean, comfortable and had everything I needed. Located very close to the hospital which was necessary. I had to extend my stay multiple times and the staff made this process very easy for me.

Cons:

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

Pros:

Right across the road from who we where visiting at North Shore Hospital

Cons:

Showing it's 5 years of age a little now. The door under the sink needed it's hinges tightening and the LED strip under the kitchen cabinets needed replacing, otherwise everything else in the room was great.

Staff were really accommodating. Appreciate the late check-in and local advice. Rooms were really well equipped and comfy beds. Perfect location for our event.

Pros:

Location was great as I was visiting family in the North Shore. It's close to SH1 but in a quiet location - great.

Cons:

Having a breakfast option was good, but a choice of breads and jams would have made it better.
