Nothing
The location and proximity to things
The toilet drain was very noisy and I could tell when people upstairs used their toilet. There was also a weird smell.
Great size rooms, well appointed and clean and fresh
N/A
Came up for surgery so the closeness to the hospital
The left hand side of the bed had a bi dip in it so my partner woke up with a very sore back.
Clean and easy check in
Very friendly, welcoming staff. Tidy, well equipped rooms.
No opening windows for fresh air. No electric blankets. Drier didn't dry clothes.
