- Hotel Ilhas do Lago Eco Resort guests have access to the 03 water parks of the network: Water Park, Clube Prive and Náutico Praia Clube (except on days that are closed for maintenance: Náutico Praia Clube: from 10 am to 10 am to 5pm, closed on Mondays and Wednesdays for maintenance // Clube Privé: from 10am to 5pm, closed from Monday to Wednesday for maintenance // Water Park: from 10am to 5pm, closed on Thursdays for maintenance).

- Parking is rotating and subject to availability upon check-in.

- In case of advance payment, the credit card holder must be a guest and must present a photo ID and credit card used to make the reservation upon check-in.

- Upon check-in, for all bookings paid by credit card, it is mandatory presentation of credit card and identification document valid for the cardholder. On purchases via a third-party cards, must be presented a signed and authenticated commitment term.

- Pursuant to Articles 82 and 83 of the ECA (Child and Adolescent Statute), the accommodations of minors without supporting documents is prohibited, and only RG and Birth Certificates are valid, together with the parents' travel authorization registered in notary office, in case the minor travels with another major responsible.

O tamanho do apartamento é confortável

A área de lazer foi muito mal planejada, faltam funcionários para atender, a parte infantil não tem barzinho, tem um Caldeira que solta fumaça o que é um tanto assustador. No AP não tem itens básicos de cozinha. A limpeza do AP é feita apenas de 48/48h o que fica bem complicado quando se está com crianças.

Para 4 dias de descanso em media temporada, foi positivo.
Pros:

Avaliando pela minha experiência numa reserva de média temporada, posso dizer que fiquei satisfeita. Peguei meia pensão. Sobre o café da manhã servido, é honesto. A equipe de reposição atenta a abastecer tudo.

Cons:

Percebi que em alta temporada talvez o serviço não de conta da quantidade de pessoas, pois no final de semana, houve mais demora na reposição dos alimentos, faltaram xícaras. Como cheguei na quarta, os serviços estavam melhores, pois tinha pouca gente. Mas a medida que foi chegando final de semana, percebi que as piscinas estavam ficando mais sujas e engorduradas. Lembrando que a lotação aumentou no final de semana em que eu estava, mas não era alta temporada. A lotação devia estar no máximo em 50%. Sobre o apto não tenho do que reclamar, muito bom, espaçoso. Só uma observação sobre a limpeza: achamos que o ar estava gelando pouco e aí olhamos o filtro e estava IMUNDO. A equipe manutenção deveria estar atenta a isso. O vão da porta de correr entre a sala e varanda estava cheio de terra, o q interrompia a porta de fechar completamente. Detalhes que merecem mais atenção.

Tinha baratas no apartamento que fiquei J 402, as vezes encontrei sacos com lixo, perto do elevador, saco de lixo rasgado e o lixo no chão, no dia 29 a temperatura da sauna está muito quente não consegui ficar 2 minutos, o café da manhã, muito bagunçado, não seí se é devido a ter muitas pessoas, não tem TV no quarto e a TV sa sala com poucas opções de canal de TV
