Beautiful but Weird and Dysfunctional.

It’s beautiful and clean.

Cons:

Lighting in rooms is horrible. I could not even see good enough to do hair and makeup. No place to put suitcases except on bed. I asked for an extra table to accommodate a second suitcase because they don’t have luggage racks. No lights in bedroom except for dim lighting each side of the bed. We ate at two restaurants abs both meals were awful.

Great escape
Pros:

Great place to stay for service, accommodation, location. I had a great time exploring the area because it was quite walkable and the restaurants and shopping there were great. Easy to also access other areas of Charlotte and surrounding areas.

Exactly what I was looking for!!
Pros:

Clean friendly amazing staff, posh amazing food. Amazing location access to the shops and other places. Felt like Canary Wharf kind of vibe.
