Un excellent séjour dans un cadre très accueillant
Pros:

Quatrième voyage en Colombie. Mon séjour, comme les trois précédents, dans cet hôtel idéalement placé, a été parfait. Le petit déjeuner est copieux. Le personnel de la réception et les femmes de chambre sont très professionnels et d'une grande amabilité. Le nouveau restaurant est au top. J'ai hâte d'y retourner. A très bientôt

Pros:

El hotel está ubicado en una zona tranquila y muy agradable. Las habitaciones son confortables. Había tenido un inconveniente con una de las habitaciones y el personal del hotel ha resuelto el problema de manera inmediata. El desayuno es excelente! Las señoras que se encargan de servir son encantadoras.
Cada uno de los recepcionistas del hotel se destacan por su atención, son amables y serviciales.
También dejó una mención especial para Marco David el gerente del hotel que hace la diferencia con su atención, comprensión y comunicación.
Mejor no me pude haber sentido como huésped del hotel.
Experiencia personal increíble.
