They cancelled my reservation last minute without telling me why they cancelled
Location and free shuttle bus
Terrible breakfast, few ‘health’ options. Arrived at 0400 due to delayed flight, tried to get in but door was locked, rang the bell for 15 mins and called the number listed and no one came. Finally the hotel security guard who was in a vehicle out side raised the receptionist who said she didn’t hear me
Stayed here several times. Love the location, facilities, and breakfast!!
Everyone was nice, environment was great.
We left a day early and the front-desk man suggested I call Booking.com to see if we could have a one-day refund. The problem was I couldn't get a human being on the line at Booking to address the situation.

Great breakfast and there’s a shuttle to downtown, which is awesome but it would be helpful. I have one to the airport as well 24 seven coffee bar, which is a huge plus ice machine on every floor, which is great only thing was billing so keep an eye on your bill afterwards.
Billing was a little convoluted in regards to the whole that they put on your card and if you don’t have a car specify that when you check in and upon check out
