Pros:

Room was very clean and contemporary casual. Having my name on the TV felt like a special and inviting touch of warmth. The staff is extremely friendly and nice.

Cons:

I absolutely hated the water pressure in the shower 🚿 I did NOT feel rinsed off. WHY DOES THE TOILET FLUSH LIKE A TORPEDO, YET THE SHOWER DRIPPED LIKE A COFFEE MAKER ?

Limpieza orden y amabilidad 100%
Pros:

Lo que mas valoro fue El check in y El check out , ya que tuvimos una excelente comunicacion , muy amables todos dispuestos ayudarte en lo que sea. Lo otro que me gusto mucho mas, fue la Limpieza, ya que es lo primero que observo en los hoteles, y aqui la Limpieza fue excelente ! sobre Todo El bano y la cama ,Todo limpio, impecable !

Cons:

Quizas podrian agregar algunos alimentos para El desayuno , como quizas queso, jamones, yogurt... solo eso

We had a great stay & would definitely come back again!
Pros:

Our room was very clean and comfortable. It was quiet. We could not hear anything in hallways or other rooms.
Price was ok, too. :)
Breakfast area was near the front desk, plenty of seating, good assortment of breakfast items. Breakfast attendant was friendly & kept everything very clean and well stocked. Loved the waffle station with all of the yummy toppings.
Front desk staff were very helpful. (Even found facial wipes in their little "store" for me to purchase, since I forgot mine) Location was great as we were visiting the PNC Bank Arts Center for a concert.

Cons:

Scrambled Eggs were really wet. No flavored creamer for the coffee. That's about it.

The stay was good. Staff was courteous and the property was clean and safe.
Pros:

Clean, safe and close to destination.

Cons:

The lack of a top sheet made it difficult to regulate temps between too hot when covered and too cold when not. This isn’t a huge issue, and seems to be common in many places in Europe, but in the US a top sheet is very common.
