Pros:

Great location in the middle of the shopping streets. Very clean and well equipped room. Helpful staff, allowed us to leave our bags after check out until our flight time.

Cons:

We were disappointed by the lack of robots, we had booked this hotel for the robots on reception etc. But the check in process was a computer screen and similar to we have used elsewhere. The room was very small and cramped for 3 people.

寝るだけなら問題ない。

スタッフが日本語ペラペラで助かりました。

Cons:

普通のビジホって感じ。
あと頼んでもないのに何故か身体障害者用の部屋に通された。
多目的トイレが健常者には逆に使いづらい。扉の開閉時はいちいち音声が出るので一緒に行った人が夜トイレに行くとその音声で起こされる。

Great location, comfortable stay
Pros:

The location was great. Close to a night market and many stores. Breakfast was great. Easy and tasty. Staff helped us call a taxi to get to the port for our cruise.

Cons:

No one was at the front desk, but you could call someone. We did and she responded quickly.
Some items were left out for the guests, but they went so quickly that we didn't get any.

Its very clean, location is superb, beds are really comfortable. We had a very good stay in this hotel
