Staff were very friendly & helpful. Rooms were stylish, comfortable & clean and had everything you need. The air-conditioning & blackout blinds made for a very restful and comfortable stay
We like the layout of the hotel.
The room was excellent, comfy beds, large screen tv, spacious and particularly loved the Smeg fridge.
Location was difficult to find, satnav sent us via the end of the bus station and concerned we may get fined because of it.
Signs showing where the reception is on the way in and many people had problems understanding how to use the lift.
Access to the carpark was tricky for my disabled wife.

One of my dinners was very slow and I had to prompt the staff to get it

The gym was designed by a man for men. Where are the lighter weights for women?
Reception staff did not give us the notice to put in our car for the council car park to say that we had paid at Hilton, and neither did they advise us that we could only park in a certain area of the car park. So we got 2 tickets at £50 each, which we now have to dispute.
We will not be staying there again.

Spacious room which was lovely and cool.
Breakfast was really nice, well cooked + plenty of choice in both the hot and cold sections.
