Lovely hotel in a great location to get to Heathrow Airport.
Pros:

This was a lovely hotel which was perfect for my stay. Close to the coach station to Heathrow, and close to family friends who I was visiting. It offered a lovely breakfast and my room was clean and very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Pros:

It was very good.

Cons:

They weren't good at letting us know how drinks cost. I got a shock when going into to my bank account to find extras I didn't know about. Ihave tried to find out but could not get through on the phone and no answer to my email.
