One of the best 4-star hotels we have stayed at in any major city of Europe, and very good value.
Pros:

Superb breakfast. Unfailingly helpful and charming staff. The Bohemia restaurant had some delicious and highly original dishes, plus a very good choice of wines. The room was extremely well designed with plenty of space for storage and for relaxing, and was equipped with good lighting in every area.

massive roadworks around the hotel made access a bit difficult, but this was not the fault of the hotel

Een top locatie met echte Zwitserse service
Pros:

De locatie is prachtig en de service die ze bieden is super. Je hoeft het maar te vragen en het wordt geregeld. Verder zit je in het centrum en zit het meeste op loopafstand. Het is een groot pluspunt dat je gratis met het openbaar vervoer kan reizen als je in dit hotel verblijft.

hotel bonito con excelente ubicación.
Pros:

la ubicación es excelente a pesar de las obras que impedían la visión de la plaza, pero eso no es culpa del hotel. La suite junior es muy bonita y divertida.

Cons:

la falta de aparcamiento en el propio hotel y el acceso con escaleras desde la calle, para las maletas es una pesadilla y nadie te ayuda
