Overall excellent experience with stay
Pros:

Good clean rooms , and bathroom. Fresh sheets and towels, friendly staff at the reception and at the kitchen

Cons:

Location was not great since it was far away from Shimla centre

First class stay in Shimla
Pros:

Great hotel in Shimla , room was large and clean. Staff were attentive and the food options plentiful and tasty. No qualms about recommending this hotel if you are looking for an upmarket option in Shimla

Pros:

Breakfast & evening meals are excellent. The catering staff are helpful.

Cons:

This hotel is similar to Primer-in in London and the USA. It is basically a 3 star experience.
The swimming pool is in a shed. The gym is very basic. The hotel is 8 km from Shimla & takes 40 minutes by taxi. There is nothing around the property. There is nothing to do in the hotel.
My room was blocked by a wall (no views). I asked for a better room, but was told this is not available.

Where in the world does a 5 star hotel not offer a coffee after dinner?
I wouldn't book here again.

Pros:

All available food was delicious, location is good

Cons:

No need of Seprate bed in rooms, swimming pool size is small, infact water level & services at pool side were not satisfactory, rest everything was fine

We had a wonderful stay, enjoyed the scenic views and hospitality, and would happily recommend this property to others.
Pros:

The property offers beautiful views and excellent amenities. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was courteous, helpful, and always willing to assist, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

Cons:

The property is located a little far from the city, so cab availability can sometimes be limited. While the rooms were clean and tidy, adding a few more in-room amenities such as a hair dryer would further enhance the guest experience.
