One of better properties in Shimla, good cafe, dinner and breakfast. Staff is nice.
Property is quite away from Mall Road, Mountain view rooms are better, other rooms hardly any view. We were given the smallest sized room no. 221 without being informed by staff. Room cost on the higher side comparatively.
Every thing like staff behaviour, hospitality, cleanliness, room service and complimentary breakfast was marvelous. Everything for vegetarian and non vegetarian was available in the breakfast.. Sufficient staff was at the disposal of the guests during breakfast time. Swimming pool is also nicely maintained and towels were available. Location is excellent and it takes about 35 minutes to reach lift during traffic. Highly recommend to stay there.

Only bad part is that every order given by us in lunch time was taking littile more time to serve on the table may be because of short staff but it should not happen according to us.
