Great location and visuals but poor nights sleep
Pros:

Central location with parking, making it the perfect location. Breakfast room very pleasant. Large, opulently decorated room.

Cons:

Uncomfortable bed with plastic sheet underneath making it hot. AC was turned off at night making sleeping difficult as the room was much too hot. Only one of the many sockets in the room worked, and many of the light switches didn't work, including reading lights, so the room was floodlit or totally dark.

Soggiorno in centro, con diversi aspetti da migliorare
Pros:

La posizione centralissima e il parcheggio privato: puoi raggiungere i principali punti di interesse del centro storico praticamente a piedi.

Cons:

Struttura piuttosto datata e non proprio pulitissima. Non è possibile spegnere la ventilazione in camera che va tutta la notte senza sosta con un rumore di sottofondo molto fastidioso. Ma soprattutto avendo la stanza che affacciava sulla sala colazione abbiamo sentito dalle 2 alle 3 di notte il cameriere che preparava i tavoli facendo rumore con piatti e posate. È stato praticamente impossibile riuscire a dormire bene. Personale non proprio attento.

Gute Lage in der Altstadt, sauber und geräumig, kostenlose Nutzung der Tiefgarage, hilfsbereite und zuverlässige Rezeption

Cons:

Lage der Zimmer zum Innenhof in der Früh recht laut. Ausserdem dauerte es sehr lange, bis die Bestellungen zum Frühstück auch umgesetzt wurden.

De auto werd voor je in de garage gereden. Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Heerlijk ontbijt. Fijne grote kamer. Mooi hotel. Ideale ligging t.o.v. de bezienswaardigheden.

Cons:

Lo staff alla reception ha creato problemi sostenendo che la prenotazione non fosse valida. Dopo una lunga discussione ho deciso di annullare la prenotazione stessa e di trovare una nuova sistemazione.

Wegen den Gerüchen zum Glück nur eine Nacht, aber die Lage hat es teils kompensiert.
Pros:

Sehr zentrale Lage in der Altstadt fast unmittelbar an der Stadtmauer.

Cons:

Durch eine fehlende Rückstauklappe im Toulettenabfluss stank es im Zimmer.
Bettdecke nur auf Nachfrage

* Klimanın çalışmadığı bilgisi bize ancak sormamız üzerine iletildi. Bu durumun önceden bildirilmesini tercih ederdik.

Great hotel in a great location
Pros:

Excellent location for exploring the city, we wish we could have stayed longer.
The staff were all helpful, especially with assisting us parking our car, as we arrived when the city was busy with continued celebrations.

Hôtel très bien situé
Pros:

Belle chambre spacieuse et propre.

Cons:

Nous avons eu la malchance d’être placées dans une chambre juste à côté du bar/salon pour le petit déjeuner et le bruit n’a pas cessé de la nuit entre les personnes qui viennent prendre un thé le soir et la préparation du petit déjeuner dans la nuit.
