Clean, safe, & quiet property and rooms. Good food and service from the bar and restaurant. Alex from valet was excellent as well. Had our car ready with waters for us. Overall, a fantastic experience!

Lovely atmosphere in the entry hall, nice staff.
Air ventilator (not aircon!) too loud. Asked to be switched off - they couldn't do anything about it. 45 dB in bed because of the noise - too loud!

When we arrived at the premises, they had no reservation for us,we paid in advance, we had to stay at the Hyatt Hotel. We would like a refund.
Their was no reservations, when we paid in advance, when we arrived,they said we didn't have a room.

Great location across from the upcoming new stadium and easy access off interstate as well. Clean rooms with lots of charging options for electronics. Nice facilities.
The parking garage is a little tight for my truck, but we made it through. The pay to park was not expected but with the location I understood.
We enjoyed our stay so much! not too far from anything, good price! Too bad the new stadium is in the way, corner room closest to downtown by far the best view!! Justus helped us with Valet he was extremely polite and quick to retrieve our car!!

The hotel right downtown, near to Broadway and the highway. This allows for an ease of travel. It was a joy to work with Nolisia, she made sure we had everything we needed for our room. It’s a very quiet and clean place, with secure access to all of the amenities. I definitely enjoyed my stay and will be back.
