Nett aber eben überhaupt nicht wie beworben
Pros:

Das Frühstück war für USA Verhältnisse gut das Zimmer war sauber und geräumig

Cons:

Die beschriebene Lage ist zwar richtig aber es wird verschwiegen das dies gar nicht mehr der Realität entspricht.
Mittlerweile wird direkt vor dem Hotel das neue Stadion gebaut.
Bedeutet man guckt gar nicht mehr auf das Nissan Stadion sondern auf eine Baustelle.
Auf Google Maps ist zwar noch der Parkplatz zu sehen faktisch schaut man direkt auf die Baustelle.
Das die Baustelle nicht erst seit 2 Wochen besteht sieht man daran das sie mittlerweile höher ist als das Hotel selbst.

Aus unserer Sicht war aber die Stadion Sicht der entscheidende Punkt warum wir dieses Hotel gebucht hatten. Auf den Bildern gerade hier bei Booking.com wird eben genau mit dem Stadion Blick geworben.

Auch der Parkplatz kostet extra 30$ pro Nacht unter diesen Rahmen Bedingungen eine Frechheit.

Great location for concerts ! Just wish the ac worked a bit better
Pros:

The staff was amazing and the food was served after the concert which was awesome to be able to order instead of having to go somewhere !

Cons:

The ac didn’t work good which caused for a restless sleep also people were being loud in the halls after 2 a.m.

I will return
Pros:

The room I had it was very nice. Also the grill area the food was delicious.

Cons:

That I couldn't stay longer I had to return back to work. I love the view I had from my room.

Take a gamble
Pros:

The convenience of getting to the Nissan Stadium was nice. Breakfast was decent. The lock down of hotel was reassuring and nice seeing that you cant go anywhere there without key card to access anything.

Cons:

The roads were blocked off everywhere due to construction of new Nissan Stadium which is nowhere to be found while booking so that was a surprise. The bar downstairs said they offered food but looking over the menu we were told they were out of everything literally only chicken tenders left. Rude front staff very unprofessional when talking to each other around customers, breakfast doors shut right at nine even if your still in there trying to make your breakfast. I couldn't even get back in to get syrup for my waffle due to hands being full with plate and drink. Keep in mind you get charged for the room, a $100 deposit, and then they have PMC parking in the parking garage that charges $30 a day to park or valet for $35. It is ridiculous.

If I come back to Nashville this is where I’m staying again for sure everything was convenient there for me

Great property with great facilities
Pros:

The property was very clean with a nice Bar and Restaurant in the Lobby, very convenient. The construction in front of the Hotel made it very noisy and it was hard to sleep. The staff was very friendly and pleasant. The indoor pool and laundry room are nice amenities.

Cons:

The parking price was too high, $30 per night plus tips and taxes. I guess that's Nashville but I found it too high. It is not really walking distance from downtown, I didn't feel safe walking back at night. Ended up using a Lyft to go downtown.

Stay for concert
Pros:

Perfect place to stay and walk to the stadium for a concert. Room was clean, nice king room, great bartenders, breakfast was good, the kitchen food was good too.
