We will not stay there again.
Pros:

Location was convenient to the event we were attending.

Cons:

The place felt like a secured government building; needing to scan room card to use the elevators. One elevator was broken, causing long waits. Having to scan the QR code and inter al the information in the prompts the get out of the parking garage is absurd! Did they ever consider that the customer might not have a phone?

Double Your Rate But Not the Standard
Pros:

We were attending a college football game at Nissan Stadium. It is the closest hotel in walking dostance.

Cons:

Hotel doubled daily rate for weekend. O.k., but...pool ICE cold. So cold even kids couldnt get in to play. Towels... none at pool. None in our room, not even a facecloth. Chased staff both days for towels (which were low quality) just to shower. Noise..Our room was on highway side. You hear constant road noise, sirens, motorcycles, and semi trucks. All equal no rest. Final insults? No back elevator to our car parked in the $30 daily attached garage, Lucky us, no carts available for luggage, so lug them back down the hall to front elevators. Daily breakfast? First day, but Monday? Nope, nada.

Great experience staying at this hotel, I would stay here again
Pros:

Breakfast was delicious. Many options to choose from. Place was very well kept and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Close to everything. Great location

Cons:

If i had to say something negative i would say parking could be discounted a little.

A nice pleasant stay near braodway.
Pros:

It’s very near to broadway, music scene and happening places in Nashville. Little bit of walk from hotel to broadway.

Cons:

Attached parking is charged and self parking on floor don’t have luggage trolleys, that was bit inconvenient.

It was a great stay, we are very satisfied and for sure, next time in Nashville we'll use this hotel
Pros:

Breakfast had many delicious items to choose from. Hotel was very clean, very well maintain and in a great location. Walking distance to downtown. We didn't have to use a car at all. Room service and hotel attendants were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

We can't think of anything. Everything was great. Please, just keep up your great work.

Pros:

Sehr sauberes und schönes, modernes Hotel in super Lage, um Downtown Nashville zu Fuß zu erkunden. Reichhaltiges Frühstück. Fitnessraum war sauber. Gigantische Aussicht auf Nashville und direkt gegenüber dem Neubau des Nissan Stadions.(Achtung, wegen des Stadionneubaus haben nur noch wenige Zimmer Aussicht, viele blicken direkt auf das Stadion auf der gegenüber liegenden Straßenseite). Personal war ausnahmslos höflich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.
