Amazing location! Wonderful Staff!
Pros:

The facility was conveniently located mere minutes from the OSU Medical Center and several restaurants and shopping. The Staff was amazing! I appreciated the early breakfast hours, as we had early medical appointments.

Cons:

The automatic blinds in the room was nice, but they were not working properly.

Can't recommend and won't stay here again. Still haven't receive a final invoice billing by email
Pros:

Breakfast was fine. Walking path adjacent fine. Nice outside fire place areas. Clean nice bar.

Cons:

Stupid bathroom door was the barn type that slides and banged into the wall every time you use it and provides little or no privacy. Closet and room are small. No one told us they didn't do room service every day. So we were surprised to return Saturday to a messy room. If you stay 2 days, like we did Friday and Saturday ,room only gets cleaned after you leave???
Front desk help was iffy. One Friday night girl helpful, Saturday day girl not helpful.

The stay was wonderful. We were staying for medical appointments.
Pros:

The staff is wonderful! You should consider giving them a raise and a bonus!

Cons:

the place behind the tables in the room should be cleaned more often. when checking to see if the phone was plugged in all the way it was dirty back there.

A very nice place to stay
Pros:

The hotel is close to the Ohio State Medical Center which, unfortunately, was the reason for my visit (family member). That said, the facility, and the staff, are superb.

Pros:

fairy queen, place and environment hotel staff was great very friendly absolutely no complaints and will be booking here from now on. We were very satisfied!!

Booked a 2 Queen Bed Suite w/ sofa couch- Got a 1 bed room and no help fixing!
Pros:

We booked a Hyatt for a reason and I'm sad it didn't go as planned. We booked and paid for a room with 2 Queen beds and a sofa bed for 4 adults and a child, we checked in early, not late and we still only got a one bed room, we checked out after the first night because 5 people cannot sleep on 1 bed. they did nothing to help fix this.
