Pros:

The breakfast was very good.

Cons:

The first person i encountered (the front desk clerk) was not very welcoming. I went back down to the lobby to tell her I believed my key didn’t work and she told my it worked, I just need to “put a little muscle” into pushing the heavy door open. We got in late so we went to sleep almost immediately but we got up soaking wet because the a.c. blew out hot air regardless of the thermostat settings. I informed the staff and they sent up a maintenance man. He was pleasant enough but didn’t fix the problem. I told the front desk clerk that I payed a lot of money for a Hyatt room so please fix it or move us to a different room. The clerk (not the same as the first night) did move us. Over all, the staff just wasn’t overly friendly. We were a little disappointed as everyone else in Columbus, Ohio were very friendly and welcoming.

Pros:

Breakfast was delicious especially the crispy bacon

Cons:

The pool was closed throughout our stay and that amenity was the main reason we booked our stay, since it is an indoor pool, we were celebrating our baby months.

Worst place I’ve ever stayed

Cons:

Our vehicle got broken in to with the windows violently smashed out right outside the main entrance and staff couldn’t care less. No cameras at all on property

Great location. Good breakfast

Cons:

Unfriendly staff. Only 1 staff member was friendly. Pool was out of commission the whole time during our stay. The whole point of booking that hotel was for the pool.

Great! Fix curtains
Pros:

It was great!! Super clean room and the room was big. The staff was very nice and we had a beautiful room

Cons:

The automatic curtains were kinda hard to use and there was only a thin shade in the bedroom so all the sun came in

Fix stuff
Pros:

The refrigerator did not work was told it could not be fixed or replaced and to bring my food downstairs for them to put in their refrigerator. We had food leftover from restaurant that we had to throw out. Front desk was never at the front desk. Had to 20 minutes twice to ask questions about room and to checkout. Was told I would get a room credit for inconvenience it never happened

We stayed at two Holiday Inn Express & Suites on our trip that were heads much, much nicer.
Pros:

Location was good. Parking was easy.

Cons:

Carpets in front of elevator and in hallways were dirty.
Only one elevator was in service.
The breakfast was horrible. Cold eggs & breakfast potatoes. Bacon was raw.
Front desk staff was more interested in her phone than in taking care of checking us in.

It was dirty. The room wasn’t properly cleaned and they offered nothing due to this.

All in all, a good stay. Just some minor details that would have made it perfect!

Nice location and beds were comfortable. Nice layout. Breakfast was nice and the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

We struggled getting the tv to work and the hotel bar out of a lot of things. No exhaust in the bathroom kinda sucked too.
