The staff was very pleasant. Nice and clean. Breakfast had a lot of choices, it's was delicious.

Cons:

The toilet didn't always flush properly. We came in late from a concert, and there was no parking. Not just for us, but also others who came in behind us. We had to park at the front entrance in a line.

I felt safe and cozy.

I was staying there because my son is an intensive care at ross heart. So comfy and cozy
The breakfast is the best around. And the location was perfect.

The staff was friendly but the sleep wasnt good because of the noise and closeness of everyone.

The breakfast was good but there wasn't enough food out for all the people at breakfast.

Cons:

When I booked the room it said the beds were in their own rooms and it was like a studio. Everything was in one room. Not what I booked. And the AC unit made noise all night.

Hotel used to be good but has gone downhill
Pros:

Leftover Food in microwave.
Lightbulb is out in closet.
HVAC system hard to set and air smells stale.
Front desk receptionists not look happy.
Ice machines do not work.
Staff mentions rumor that machines will be fixed after hotel is sold.

Very pleasant stay & would recommend.
Pros:

Excellent breakfast with a variety of choices. Friendly, welcoming staff. Clean, quiet, comfortable room. Plenty of space outside for our dog within the hotel's dog park as well as a walking path along the back of the hotel. Very pleasant stay for 5 nights. Would definitely stay again.

The business center was unavailable during our stay.

Amazing location! Wonderful Staff!
Pros:

The facility was conveniently located mere minutes from the OSU Medical Center and several restaurants and shopping. The Staff was amazing! I appreciated the early breakfast hours, as we had early medical appointments.

Cons:

The automatic blinds in the room was nice, but they were not working properly.
