Fix stuff
Pros:

The refrigerator did not work was told it could not be fixed or replaced and to bring my food downstairs for them to put in their refrigerator. We had food leftover from restaurant that we had to throw out. Front desk was never at the front desk. Had to 20 minutes twice to ask questions about room and to checkout. Was told I would get a room credit for inconvenience it never happened

We stayed at two Holiday Inn Express & Suites on our trip that were heads much, much nicer.
Pros:

Location was good. Parking was easy.

Cons:

Carpets in front of elevator and in hallways were dirty.
Only one elevator was in service.
The breakfast was horrible. Cold eggs & breakfast potatoes. Bacon was raw.
Front desk staff was more interested in her phone than in taking care of checking us in.

It was okay, I don’t think we would choose this hotel again.

It was dirty. The room wasn’t properly cleaned and they offered nothing due to this.

All in all, a good stay. Just some minor details that would have made it perfect!
Pros:

Nice location and beds were comfortable. Nice layout. Breakfast was nice and the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

We struggled getting the tv to work and the hotel bar out of a lot of things. No exhaust in the bathroom kinda sucked too.

Pros:

The staff was very pleasant. Nice and clean. Breakfast had a lot of choices, it's was delicious.

Cons:

The toilet didn't always flush properly. We came in late from a concert, and there was no parking. Not just for us, but also others who came in behind us. We had to park at the front entrance in a line.

I felt safe and cozy.

I was staying there because my son is an intensive care at ross heart. So comfy and cozy
The breakfast is the best around. And the location was perfect.

The staff was friendly but the sleep wasnt good because of the noise and closeness of everyone.

The breakfast was good but there wasn't enough food out for all the people at breakfast.

Cons:

When I booked the room it said the beds were in their own rooms and it was like a studio. Everything was in one room. Not what I booked. And the AC unit made noise all night.

Hotel used to be good but has gone downhill
