Cons:

The staff was rude to me. When I ordered food at night, Jyoti Nanda mentioned that it is not available. I mentioned that I had ordered last time. She mentioned that last different is different, this time is different in a very rude manner. I never faced this at Taj before as it was really good in hospitality. This was the first time :(

Amazing
Pros:

Amazing hotel. No smoking policy on outer area was not so understandable but still an amazing hotel. Would also not go there if you want a garden or outer area. The pool area is pretty small. But everything else, the hospitality, friendliness and everything is unmatched.

Different Level of Comfort.
Pros:

Loved the room, the view, the staff and the food. It was sort of a studio apartment. The room is equipped with a washing machine, a dish washer and a fully furnished kitchen. Sipping your coffee in the balcony of the 14th floor and seeing the roll by is an amazing experience. Anishree, Sohini and Sai at the reception are excellent while Anim and Aditya in the kitchen are amazing. They took care of my littlest of little things.

Cons:

There could have been one more restaurant.

Pros:

Good continental breakfast. Along with continental, make sure your get autantic Reginal food.

Cons:

Indian culture is while leaving from an occassion make sure he feels good. But you threten that if you delay checkout we will charge more. I understand the next gust will come. But there is way to say checkout on time. Check the data before talking as you might have agreed on a particular checkout time. Take care.

Nothing major. Regarding location you still have to rely on cab facilities

Wish pools were indoor. Outdoor is not ideal for chennai.

Amazing and exemplary.
Pros:

Extremely satisfying experience we had last two days of stay in this Taj Wellington Mews Hotel. The positivity of the interior, the staff, the service, the food etc were amazing and we enjoyed every moment. Would love to revisit this place as many times as possible. The staff are so wonderfully well behaved and well trained in hospitality. We were at peace during the stay and deeply touched by the service of everyone. The services of Reena floor supervisor and Dhishani house keeper in maintaining the room, spick and span, and Gouri at restaurant, Rahul at bar were worth mentioning for the pleasant and professionalism. Happiness and satisfying feels are resultant experiences of this stay. Thank you.

As said above. Plus the ambience inside the hotel at every facility available.
