Entspannter Aufenthalt. Gerne wieder.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und für ein Städtebesuch ideal. Die Zimmer sind ordentlich und nach hinten raus auch sehr ruhig. Service passt und das Frühstück war sehr, sehr gut, vielfältig und alles frisch. Rund um ein gelungener Aufenthalt, gerne wieder.

Great centrally located hotel with great social vibe.
Pros:

Good sized bedrooms with excellent bathroom and features. Mini bar and free water as well as good TV set up. The food in the hotel was also good and I had dinner in the restaurant.

Cons:

I went to look at the pool and realised it was tiny but looked big in the pictures. However the terrace and pool area were nice and you can sunbath if you want to.

Pros:

First class hotel in Bilbao. Lovely quality, comfortable rooms and bed. Well appointed bathroom. The welcome and check-in with received from Anna was top class, everything you hope for in a great hotel. Good location to get about from, walking or using the tram. Great experience from start to finish. Thank you for the room upgrade.

Cons:

Maten på restaurangen var fullständigt smaklös,där finns förbättringspotensial. 500 kr för en pasta å en pizza samt liten öl inte värt pengarna, jag vill inte kalla mig för kock men jag hade gjort 10 gånger bättre.

All in all a great place to stay
Pros:

This was a great hotel to stay at in the centre of Bilbao. It wasn’t in the old town which was nice as less chaotic but right by the river and located near all the main shops. Staff were lovely and helpful. Rooms were spacious and very comfortable. They had a tea and coffee maker and were very clean. The pool area did have bar service you could call up if you wanted a drink.

Cons:

Pool could have done with an umbrella for those who don’t like the sun.

Mooie accommodatie met prima kamers en vriendelijk personeel
Pros:

Locatie is prima vertrekpunt voor bezoek aan bezienswaardigheden, ligt vlak bij groot park en dichtbij restaurants. Reisde met hond die heel vriendelijk werd begroet door het personeel
