Great hotel
Pros:

Very clean and comfortable, relaxed atmosphere. Welcome drink was a nice touch. Bar was pleasant, reasonably priced and lively.

Cons:

Visit was pretty perfect. Family room was excellent.

Hotel bien situado y cómodo
Pros:

La localización y amplitud de las habitaciones.

Cons:

La piscina ya que era pequeña y con una persona más en la azotea se hacía incómodo. Aunque no era la razón de la reserva en este hotel si era un poco más caro que otras opciones y si el punto de decisión es la piscina, esta no merece la pena. El hotel en cualquier caso está muy bien.

Great location and super staff!
Pros:

The staff we exceptionally friendly and helpful they really helped us have a great time in Bilbao!
