Pros:

Modern Equipment and clean good condition of the interior. The location was great.

Cons:

On Friday the staff was less attentive. The Lady in service at the bar went to the Toilette but 3 staff members hanging out in the bar area were mot able to serve us a coffee...that was disappointing.

Superbe hôtel très bien situé parfait pour un city trip et découvrir Bilbao!
Pros:

Très bel hôtel très bien situé. Le personnel est aux petits soins et les chambres sont très confortables et accueillante. Petite piscine agréable pour se rafraichir et rooftop de repos impeccable. Le petit-déjeuner est top!

Pros:

The location of the hotel is very good, the breakfast delicious

Cons:

The breakfast staff has to be trained or replaced, the pool outside is not a pool, the depth is ca 50 cm, it is to small to swim even for 1 person
