近隣の同ランクのホテルに比べて値段が安かったこと。安全面の不安は感じなかったこと。

Cons:

Booking.com経由で予約した場合は現地通貨（ETB）での支払いは認められないというルールのせいで、Booking.com経由の予約はキャンセルし、現地予約に切り替えるように言われました。値段はBooking.comの金額と同じにするから、あなたにはデメリットはない、と言われましたが、面倒でした。ホテルが、坂道の最も下に位置しており、移動するときは息切れしました。

great value friendly hotel
Pros:

Very nice hotel super friendly and helpful staff, make this a great option for my work trips coming and going, and thanks to Mereja for the various airport transfers, waiting patiently and welcoming. I will be back.

A true gem
Pros:

Everything was perfect from the moment we landed until we left. It has all the amazing amenities. We would not wanna leave this place. Everyday morning breakfast was 10/10. Every worker was all smiles. And it was walkable to everything

location was ideal.

Cons:

The rooms were not okey, with Old Linen and beddings. There was also alot of Noise from staff moving around. the room did not have safes for use.
The pictures online of the place were better than the actual hotel.

Lovely staff.
Pros:

Daniel and all the staff, especially at breakfast have been great. Special breakfast staff mention must go to Habtamu Ashenafi who has been exceedingly attentive at breakfast and very charming.
Things got sorted when we asked. The airport shuttle was a welcomed bonus. Location wise, it seems far from things but the hotel itself has been excellent. We even used the well equipped gym and sauna.

Lovely welcoming staff and a great stay
Pros:

Daniel and the staff were all really lovely and helpful especially at breakfast! The sauna and gym was really good and well equipped. The location seems quite far from a lot and you need a taxi but other than that it’s been great.

Nice Hotel with Ok Rooms in a nice location
Pros:

The location is really nice with shops and restaurants all around. The view from the upper rooms is really nice, and the wifi worked well. The lobby, bar, and gym/sauna areas are all very nice, clean and comfortable. I enjoyed a very nice Swedish massage. The staff were all very friendly and went out of their way to help with anything I needed.

Cons:

Similarly priced, and many lower priced, hotels in Addis generally have air conditioning or at least a fan in the room. My room had neither, which meant there was no air flow in the room and no abient noise. I had to sleep with my balcony doors open to cool the room down, which let in lots of mosquitoes. The elevator shaft also makes a beeping noise every 3 seconds all day and night. It was not super loud, but it is loud enough to hear when trying to sleep, and was quite bothersome

Good place to stay in Addis Ababa
Pros:

The staff were very kind and welcoming and breakfast was delicious. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom and bedroom were clean. Wifi connection was fast and reliable. Location was near major sights and good restaurants, and there is a small shop nearby where you can buy essentials if needed. It would be nice to have a proper table and chair in the room where I could have done some of my work, but this was not a very big issue -- I mainly worked from the bed or downstairs if I had a virtual meeting.
