Perfect location neat and clean room well groomed staff.
Building slightly noisy
Its close to stores and restaurants. Also easy access to public transportation systems.
The unfriendly attitude of most of the staff members to foreign guests especially English speaking ones. Poor repeatative breakfast. Most rooms had issues especially defaulted refrigerators, TVs and Air-conditioning systems. Bathroom had sewer smell that need to be flushed. Amidst all I had wonderful stay with my friends who came to spend one week with celebrating my birthday.

We had a pleasant stay at New Emin Hotel. The staff were very helpful and always did their best to assist us with every question or request we had.
The rooms were perfectly fine if you mainly need a comfortable place to sleep and plan to spend most of the day exploring the city. Everything we needed for a short city stay was there.
A special mention goes to the young intern who was working at the hotel during our stay. He was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful, and really made us feel welcome.
The only small downside was the breakfast. It was okay, but we felt that there could have been a bit more variety.
Overall, we had a good experience and appreciated the kindness and helpfulness of the staff.

La proximité avec le métro aksaray
Le personnel très agressif, et raciste.
Поруч гарна транспортна розв'язка, багато магазинів та кафе, є ліфт, смачна кава на сніданок.
В номері жахливий запах каналізації, дуже шумно не зважаючи що ми жили на 4 поверсі, сантехніка в жахливому стані, брудні рушники.
