Lovely location and friendly staff in a beautifully designed hotel.
Pros:

amazing location, very clean rooms, helpful staff

Cons:

There weren’t any towels at the pool area or staff to ask to bring any, the bar also wasn’t open in the pool area. Breakfast could have had a little more gluten free options and the coffee was better from the machine at the bar but the staff didn’t seem to want to make it! These are just small things though, we were very happy with it really :-)

Pros:

Comfortable room, peaceful despite very central.location.

Cons:

Rooftop bar was a disappointment, we never found it open, and on one evening it was closed for a private function with no signs indicating this , resulting in embarrassment for us as we tried to order drinks in a someone else's party!
