Cons:

The finer point of a 5 star hotel were missing - no welcome drinking water - needed to take from mini bar, no hand wash in bathroom etc

Lack of availability of certain items on bar menu, the food delivered was on the cold side when arrived, from a guest's perspective there appeared at times to be a lack of communication between the bar staff and the kitchen staff.

Tolles Hotel für City Trip in Sevilla
Pros:

Wunderbar modernen Hotel in ausgezeichenter Lage in Sevilla. Zimmer bestens und hochwertig ausgestattet und extrem gut schallisoliert. Haben uns im Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt. Vom Hotel aus alles fussläufig zu erreichen und prima gelegen für einen City Trip und die Erkundung der Stadt.

Cons:

Für die Reservierung eines speziellen Zimmers pro Tag einen extra Aufschlag zu nehmen hat einen negativen Beigeschmack. Mit Kleinigkeiten hinsichtlich Service wurde vom Management sehr professionel umgegangen. So soll es sein.

Pros:

It was clean, spacious and with excellent staff. The location was great to explore all parts of Seville and the rooftop pool and bar a great relaxing spot

Pros:

We stayed here for three nights at the end of March. The room was comfortable, if a little small with insufficient space to easily set out and unpack two suitcases. Room snacks provided were very tasty (Ines Rosales). Breakfasts were good but with limited choice for the cooked options. One morning I asked for the simple dish of one poached egg on toast but was told that I couldn't; I had to have two poached eggs on avocado toast, as that was what it said on the menu! However we had one evening meal in the restaurant and that was superb, with an excellently cooked steak and very fine wine.
