An absolutely excellent hotel! The staff were incredibly kind, respectful, and professional throughout our stay.
The service was outstanding, and the location could not have been better. Everything you need is very close to the hotel shops and supermarkets are only around 5–8 minutes away, and there is a huge variety of restaurants all around the area.
The location is extremely convenient, the service is excellent, and overall the experience was far beyond my expectations.

In short, an exceptional hotel and definitely one I would stay at again.
The only thing that disappointed me during my stay was the very limited late-night room service menu.
When I got hungry at around 11:00 PM, there were only three food options available: pizza, pasta, and a pork sandwich. I then asked if it would be possible to order something extremely simple, such as French fries or toast with cheese and tomato, but unfortunately I was told this could not be prepared because the chef finishes at 10:00 PM.
In my opinion, for a hotel of this standard, the late-night room service offering should be a little more flexible. I completely understand that the full kitchen cannot operate all night, but I do think there should be at least one member of staff available to prepare a small selection of simple dishes until around midnight.
It would also be helpful if guests were informed about the limited room service hours and menu during check-in, so they can plan accordingly.
Apart from this point, my overall experience at the hotel was excellent.

Excelentes instalaciones. La habitación de dos dormitorios es muy cómoda y súper bien equipada. Pensaron en todo! Plancha de ropa, cafeteras, secador de pelo . No faltó nada! Ubicación céntrica . Volvería sin duda.

The location was excellent; with 10 minutes of the Cathedral and the Jewish quarter. Lovely small streets surrounding the hotel which are lovely to explore.
The swimming pool on the roof is small, which we expected for a city centre hotel, but the water looked a little cloudy so I am not sure how often it is filtered/replaced. I only used it once and it put me off a little.
