The King Street House By Kasa

I was completely dissatisfied with my stay at Kasa. The property did not meet my expectations, and several issues made the experience very disappointing. I would not choose to stay here again, nor would I recommend it to others. I expected much better service and accommodations for the price. The listing picture and the apt was completed different. Dont get fooled by KASA. Non refundable credit card payment so you are in a trap. I call this as a jail with all bathroom, bedroom,kitchen within one square. Never book with KASA. I am completely dissatisfied with my stay at Kasa. The room did not match the photos advertised, which was very misleading. The layout was different from what I expected when I made the reservation.

The cleanliness of the room was below acceptable standards, making the stay uncomfortable from the start. In addition, there was no working Wi-Fi, which was a major inconvenience, especially for anyone traveling for business or needing reliable internet access.

Another disappointment was the lack of a work desk, even though the listing gave the impression that the room would be suitable for working. This made it difficult to use the space as intended.

Overall, the room did not meet the expectations set by the listing. Between the cleanliness issues, the missing Wi-Fi, the absence of a work desk, and the inaccurate room layout, I cannot recommend staying here and would not book with Kasa again.

Our experience was extremely disappointing.

From the moment we checked in, there was almost no water pressure in either the shower or the bathroom sink. It was impossible to take a proper shower or even wash my hair. We reported the issue immediately on Thursday, but no one came to inspect it until Saturday afternoon. As a result, we spent almost our entire stay without being able to properly use the bathroom facilities.

The apartment was also far from clean. The air conditioning vent was covered in dust, there was mold around the bathroom soap dispenser, and there was visible dirt and hair along the bathroom floor. These are simply not the standards anyone should expect, especially considering the price we paid.

While the location was convenient, it does not make up for the poor maintenance, lack of cleanliness, and inadequate customer service. I would not stay here again, and I would not recommend this property unless these issues are properly addressed.

This place was AWFUL. The first room (101 in the courtyard) smelled like sewage (and very bad water pressure in the shower), I tried to air it out, but nothing helped. As that there is NO FRONT DESK and NO STAFF on site, you have to text some number and you get back cryptic replies. Always apologizing, never fixing the problem. They finally moved rooms for me to a smaller room, up 3 flights of stairs and somehow an even harder bed - but I had to do it all in one trip, which made dragging 3 suitcases around difficult - as there is NO STAFF PRESENT to help you for anything. The next room didn't have the same amenities - I was told that wasn't a given that all rooms had the same items (cooking utensils/dishes/noise cancelling device/dishwasher detergent). They NEVER ONE CLEANED my room in my 30 day stay. I asked for clean sheets and towels and was told they they didn't owe that to me. I asked if I was expected to wash my own (no laundry on site, and no laundromat anywhere near the hotel), and magically some sheets and towels appeared the next day. Twice they entered my room without my permission to drop off something when I asked them to leave it outside my door. Staying here was a huge mistake and I deeply regret it. I could've stayed at one of the name brand hotels nearby for less of a cost and had a much better experience. I would NEVER recommend this place.

Just needs a new coat of paint, fresh carpeting, things like towel hooks and such refastened. A great place - just a freshening; that would make it 10/10 easily.

shower had no pressure, internet not working, a lack of directed parking for overnight parking was a real issue....they should have a specific location to help out of town follks

The situation with the internet. I've internet in my phone, but I love tv in my rest afternoon. I couldn't believe that I've to wait for sonmeone durinto all day for fix it or install someting new. It wasn't nice.

A small point… only enough coffee for one night.
