Clean , friendly and helpful staff
Amazing resort. All staff are so so friendly and know your name. Daniel went above and beyond for my family. Also housekeeping staff Dedi and Deko were so good to us. Keeping our rooms nice and clean and leaving towel art for us each day. If you want an amazing, clean resort, Kayumas seminyak is the place to stay. Will come back one day. Definetly make sure to get the breakfast included. Quality of food is great and coffee is so good here compared to some other places. Location is good, the buggy service takes you around Seminyak when needed, otherwise you can catch a quick bike or car, or walk if you don’t mind.

Each room is like your own private villa. The resort staff are all exceptionally friendly & attentive to all your needs. The quality of the breakfast & any food ordered through room service is outstanding. Great value for money & close to a lot of brilliant restaurants.
Your plunge pool area will only get 2 hours of sunshine - either morning or afternoon depending on room allocation. Additionally, you are only provided extremely uncomfortable wicker chairs & an upgrade of sun lounges to the rooms would be much welcomed. Very limited seating by the main pool, which is very small given the size of the complex. Located in a very dark alley & if you are an elderly guest or someone with mobility issues, this would be a tricky accommodation to navigate (walking). Whilst staff are generally great, for some reason, we continually had to ask for toilet paper despite our room being maintained - very small gripe, but a gripe nonetheless.
The rooms are beautiful, clean and modern. There is also a plunge pool in each villa. The room service menu was extensive and a great price. Many inclusions available too with a spa on site.

Great shuttle service, the people are really nice and the breakfast is really good! The pool is a bit busy, we couldn’t get any beds around 11 am, so be sure to come early. The beds and the pillows were the best we had in Bali so far! And there is not a lot of noise when you sleep, so great!
The lighting bulbs are horribly placed, we had to figure out how to shut off every light but the switches are all over the place, but I found that that is at a lot of stays in Bali. Just as the rubbish bin, maybe place it somewhere where you can access it easily. But these are just minor problems, the stay is great!
Bel hotel, les tarifs du restaurant sont très abordables. Personnel très a l'écoute et super gentil c'était un séjour super agréable.
Dommage que le salon soit a l'étage ce n'est pas très pratique et l'hôtel est dans une petite ruelle au fond d'un renfoncement, pas très rassurant quand on rentre la nuit à pied. Mais c'est pour chipoter c'était vraiment très bien

Prior to arrival Hotel organised transfer from airport which was really helpful. Fantastic location walking distance to shops restaurants and beach. Excellent rooms, lovely décor, clean linens comfy beds slippers and robes provided. Kettle and Fridge a must, plunge pool was an added bonus. The rooms were served daily. Staff all friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, plenty of choices on a la carte menu, freshly made, supported by a comprehensive buffet and egg bar. Also loved bespoke coffee and tea choices, family had really good lattes and flat whites. Ideal place for your first few days in Bali. The pool was nice loved the swim up bar. Had an Evening meal food was really nice and tasty, The staff were excellent all round, especially in the restaurant as soon as they saw our family of 7 they would be pushing tables together so we could all eat as a family . Good little shuttle service to the shopping centre,
the only criticism was not much outside space, seemed to be limited sunbeds, only an observation as didn't require to use them
