Es ist sehr fast luxuriöse Hotel
Pros:

+ Straßenbahn kann zu D-Schloß Jägerhof neben MUZE-Hotel hinfahren.
+ Zimmer und Badezimmer sehen so schön aus.
+ Toiletten hat auch Popodusche dabei.
+ Sessel, Safe und Kühlschrank sind dabei.
+ Im Bett hat gut geschlafen.
+ Frühstück haben alles gut Essen. Aber...
+ Klimagerät hat schön abkühlen. Draußen war Hitze.
+ Fernsehen läuft gut an. Aber....
+ Wasserspende neben Haupttor noch verfügbar.

Cons:

-Frühstück: Rührei ist nicht frisch Eier, sondern Vollei
- Kein Bacon dabei.
- Gekochte Eier ist durch. Ich brauche 6 minütige Eier, drin Eigelb ist schön weich.
- Kein heiß Kaba.
- Fernsehen: Netflix und Prime müssen selber Konto anmelden. Das ist blöd, wer hat kein Konto für App dabei.
- Fernsehen hat kein Untertitel dabei.
- Badezimmer: Kleine Spiegel mit Vergrößern ist defekt oder Batterie schon gebraucht.

Good location, friendly staff, fair stay for a couple of nights stay. But I would not go there again.

No toiletries, no slippers, no iron, sheets were not clean. Poor breakfast and coffee. Very noisy at nights with all the sirens going off.

Gutes Hotel, was aber an der Klimatisierung der Zimmer arbeiten sollte.
Pros:

Das war die zweite Buchung dieses Hotels, welches von der Lage sehr gut passt. Die Zimmer sind klein aber sehr schön ausgesattet, das ganze Hotel ist im Retro Look gehalten.
Das Frühstück bei der ersten Übernachtung war sehr gut!

Cons:

Die Klimaanlagen leißen sich bei beiden Übernachtungen nichst steuern: Beim ersten Mal viel zu warm, beim zweiten Mal haben wir gefrohren, weil es so kalt im Zimmer war. Antwort der Rezeption, weil sich das Panel nicht bedienen ließ: Ausschalten/ Regulieren geht nicht, bitte die Zimmerkarte nicht einstecken, was auch nur bedingt geholfen hat.
Keine Zimmerkarten einstecken heißt aber auch, dass es keinen Strom zum Laden gibt, nicht so gut, wenn man z.B. auf den Handy-Wecker für den frühen Flug angewiesen ist.

Disgraceful and sub-par, definitely won't come back or recommend this hotel.

Interior was nice and rooms seemed fairly clean.

Cons:

The rooms were about 29°C hot in mid-April with no air con which other guests had also complained about to no avail. The amenities were sub-par: no kettle, clothes rail right above the coffee machine in the closet and no hooks or anything to hang items longer than 20 cm, cheap hairdryer drilled to the wall. No cotton pads, no slippers, no body lotion, no robe. The hotel staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful.
