Please please do better with ur breakfast buffet and service it’s very frustrating
Pros:

The rooms are clean nd fresh

Cons:

They have the worst restaurant food and services! No options at all if you don’t eat pork, you have to order fried eggs and wait forever for them. My breakfast experience at the hotel is always bad and it’s kicking me out of the hotel!

The staff still needs some proper training regarding customer service. The receptionist will just see you standing there and don’t even ask if u need help

Business or Pleasure, this is the best home away from home!
Pros:

Honestly one of the best hotel apartments I have booked in JHB. Staff, reception, attentiveness, kindness, going the extra mile. I particularly was thankful for one of the concierge taking time to get me pain meds near by as I was in pain and could not walk or drive there. The concern in his face was genuine.

Cons:

For me its always the underground parking entrance for security gate. It is small and could be opened up, maybe just remove the parting of in/out, to create easier entrance, That is not good for rims, especially on hired cars.

I want to recommend that the rooms have face towels white and black, especially for make up removal. They did not have these.

Great stay with lovely staff... Clean beddings and a delicious breakfast. Loved the shuttle to Sun City
