Great Hotel, Great Location, Secure, Recommended
Pros:

Great Customer service. Staff is accomodating to requests. Rooms are clean and property is in a good location close to Sandton city mall. Very secure was able to upgrade to a apartment upon request. Great unlimited breakfast which was good value for money.

Cons:

AC was not working in the initial hotel room we had, however I was able to upgrade to an apartment, for extra cost! Room service was sometimes morning and sometimes late afternoon, not structured timing.

Pros:

Ótimas instalaçoes, quarto amolo, com cama muito confortável e ótimo chuveiro. Cafe da manhã com boas opções. Utilizei o serviço de transfer para o Mandela Square a cada hora que funciona muito bem.

Cons:

As imediações do hotel são muito ermas e a noite as ruas não possuem iluminação. O serviço de transfer traz segurança ao hospede.

They have disdain for even returning guests

They didn't fix the air conditioning after long time, over a year (I stayed here many times before). The cleaners put in bedsheets that whad patches...because the management gave them this. The breakfast was same every day.
The waiters in breakfast time were too lazy every day even to ask for coffee.
I will not stay there in future, they have disdain for paying guests... very poor. I'm not going back

Pros:

it was very spacious and very central location, the room was clean and the staff was friendly

the room had a bit of a residual smell. The walls are not sound proof at all
