Chegamos às 17: 00 h, cerca de meia hora depois de termos feito a reserva; curiosamente, tivemos de esperar para aceder ao quarto, pois ainda não estava limpo . Se o checkout dos quartos é às 11:00h , não percebi porque razão o quarto não estava pronto.
Staff were super friendly, the breakfast was excellent and the hotel was beautiful! Had a great stay at JAM and would totally book their hotel again.
I had trouble staying connected to the wifi, and the A/C control didn't work in my room so it was a bit hot at night but otherwise it was wonderful.

Loved the size of my room. Everything was clean and comfortable!
The pool was a little small but I was grateful for it just the same. My daughter had a room as well and there was not consistency with kitchen items in rooms. She had cutlery, I had none. I had to ask for cutlery and glasses. After room service the next day they removed items again. But a minor complaint.
