Wonderful stay, amazing hospitality, and an outstanding team. Highly recommended!
Pros:

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, clean, and in a great location, but what truly made my stay exceptional was the staff.

A very special thank you to Yusuf, who was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. I had originally booked an economy room, but since it was my first time in Istanbul, Yusuf kindly upgraded my room and made my experience even more special. This was such a thoughtful gesture, and I truly appreciated it.

The entire staff were extremely friendly, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. They genuinely went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and enjoying my time. Their hospitality made me feel like a welcomed guest rather than just a customer.

I honestly cannot thank Yusuf and the whole team enough for their kindness and exceptional hospitality. They made my first visit to Istanbul even more memorable.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. Everything was excellent, and I would definitely stay here again on my next visit. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Cons:

The only things I didn’t really like about the hotel were a few issues with the bathrooms. The ventilation was not sufficient, and although there is a drain inside the shower, there is no proper drainage for water outside the shower area.

There was also only one place to hang a towel in the bathroom, with no additional spaces for the other towels. Adding more towel racks or hooks would make the bathroom much more practical and comfortable.

Additionally, toothbrushes and toothpaste were not provided in the room. Providing these basic amenities would be a nice improvement for guests.
