Great stay with choice of restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely be back.
Pros:

Great location as I was taking part in a charity walk at Royal Marsden. The station was a 5 min walk. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was fresh and had tea/coffee makings, view out the window to the front and window opened which was fab. Air conditioning in room too.

Stressful arrival, clean room, unlikely to come again
Pros:

Bed good and staff nice

Cons:

Couldn’t find car park - drove 3 times around 1 way system then eventually parked at the station - 9 minute walk carrying bags . Also breakfast not good - overcooked scrambled egg and hard bacon

Sehr gute Anbindung an ÖPNV, da der Bahnhof gleich um die Ecke ist und der Zug nur ca. 30 Minuten zur London Bridge braucht.
Reichhaltiges Frühstück, sehr freundliches Personal, ordentlich und sauber.

Cons:

Öffnen des Fensters nicht möglich, Belüftung nur über die gut funktionierende Klimaanlage möglich.

not happy lost my custom
Pros:

Did have breakfast too dear
Location very bad access on red route ,, too many curbs handicapped people

Cons:

Was in room 506,, 5th floor, handicapped man and woman,man in wheelchair, very dangerous being on 5th floor all handicapped should be on ground floor obviously,, no help up to rooms , no fridge, leaking sink and toilet continuously running also. Food in restaurant non existent,most customers went out in disgust,, it's a backpack hotel not like the old I bis hotels, never again

Lovely hotel, good amenities, close to public transportation and shopping.
Pros:

Close to the Sutton train station, lovely rooms that were clean and well stocked. Amazing, friendly staff.

Cons:

The first night the tv was out. Staff had it fixed by the next day plus gave us drink vouchers BUT the toilet in the room would run for literally 2 or more minutes with each flush.

Pros:

Good location. Clean and relatively comfortable.

Cons:

Breakfast was expensive though a good selection on offer. Coffee isn't great.
Booked as advertised as having EV charging but then to be told at check in that there aren't any. Was showed by a lovely member of staff to the carpark who then advised there are chargers but theyre very slow. Parking is limited but we did manage to park and charge the car at 2kw. Better than nothing!
Also the placement of TV and the mirror is irritating. No mirror at the dressing table isn't ideal.
