Pros:

A functional hotel in a convenient location, ready to find in wet weather, with manned secure parking at night and a good choice for an overnight stop before heading to the airport, good reception staff, check in and information.
Room equipment to standard. Good linen and comfortable beds. Ate dinner in a local pub very close by though hotel also offers meals. Good breakfast with choices, pleasantly laid out with very nice staff on duty

Cons:

Minor points to note - had to close windows, turn on Aircon and use mosquito prevention in middle of night.
No lift so suitcases need carrying up the stairs. They do have ground floor rooms.
Minor road noise but this is a town location and road is not directly next to building.
