Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel durante la nostra visita a Kyoto e l'esperienza è stata decisamente positiva. In camera e nella struttura c'era tutto quello di cui avevamo bisogno.
Una menzione speciale va allo staff: super disponibile, gentile e sempre pronto ad aiutarci per ogni richiesta. Un'ottima base per esplorare la città senza pensieri!

Excelente lobby com mesas e cadeiras para comer e descontrair. Providenciam maquinas de bebidas quentes e frias gratuitas. Localização muito perto do metro e tem um supermercado do outro lado da rua.

The location of the hotel is excellent. The closest station is Shichijō Station on the Keihan Main Line, which is only about a 3-minute walk away. This made getting around Kyoto very easy, with direct access to popular attractions such as Fushimi Inari Taisha and Gion, as well as convenient connections to Osaka. Kyoto Station is also within walking distance, taking around 10 minutes on foot, making it ideal for JR trains, the Shinkansen, and day trips to places like Nara.

For sightseeing, the hotel is well situated. Gion is around a 20–30 minute walk away. TeamLab Kyoto is also only about a 10-minute walk from the hotel and is well worth a visit.

The rooms were a good size, very clean, and everything worked as it should. In the lobby, there was a lounge area as well as complimentary amenities for guests. The hotel also offered complimentary drinks from the machines throughout the day.

There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and there's a bar next door serving good beer. Overall, I found this to be a comfortable and convenient base for exploring Kyoto.

La chambre est plus grande que la moyenne, avec tout le nécessaire. Il y a pleins de boissons à disposition près de la réception, avec ainsi que des parapluies ou de nombreux autres produits.

The staff were excellent. Even booked a hairdresser for me and explained to them what I wanted. Position was brilliant. Close to train and bus lines which we used everyday. The best thing though was definitely the beds and pillows. They were the most comfortable in all of Japan. This is definitely where we will be staying next time we are in Kyoto and recommending all our friends to stay here too

Great location, clean and comfy rooms.

I booked this an addendum as I had an extra unexpected night. The devious room was a superior room and was 50 per cent more expensive but there was virtually no difference to this room. In fact I'd say this was better. Still a very good room with all the amenities as listed in the previous room . Free drinks in the lobby etc and excellent location.

Me gustó que tengan bebidas a disposición de los huéspedes y la Voluntad del personal :) también la ubicación era estratégica por que con trasporte podías llegar a todos lados

Decent sized room with a seperate area for seating and a fridge. Very clean. Excellent reception. Free tea and coffee and soft drinks in reception till 10pm. 10 minutes or so from Kyoto Station . Restaurants nearby but if you walk immediately right out the entrance and keep walking you will come to the back area of Kyoto station where there are more bars and all you can eat places. Free razors , toothbrushes near reception.

Ha sido el único hotel que nos cambiaron toallas y retiraron la basura cada día, y el tercer día cambió de sábanas y limpieza de la habitación. Muy muy bien.
Tienes bebidas calientes y frías a libre disposición.
Personal de recepción muy amable.
